What is INSTANTLY Possible in DREAMS is not So INSTATANT in REAL LIFE. WHY?

Greetings from Hitesh! I wish you all a very happy 67^th Republic Day. We had lot of dreams and aspirations from the Independence. There were lot of enthusiasm and hope when we regained the power in our hand after close to 1000 years of Non-independence. Looking at the state of India in last 70 years – it is quite normal to ask why we have not achieved our dreams. What stopped us? Let me deal with that.

DREAMS V/s. REALITY:-

All of us see dreams during SLEEP, whether we are aware or not. But if you recollect any of your DREAMS – you will remember that – you saw the most beautiful girl/handsome boy, fell in love, married happily forever. All these happened in a fraction of time. No long waiting, no hurdles but instant results.

Now, you know that how much time you took to marry love of your life / how many hurdles you faced and what is the current status of your married life. You will see 100% disconnect between the two.

For the simplicity sake I have given above example. You can take any dreams you can recollect and see how much time you took to do the same thing in reality. In fact, there are N number of DREAMS – which you would not have remembered or acted on them, yet. Am I right?

What is the major CAUSE of Disconnect between Your DREAMS and Your REALITY?

The major CASUE of DISCONNECT is your LANGUAGE. The Language you use in DREAMS is 100% different than what you use it in REALITY. Let me deal with this.

From the time HUMAN being came into BEING, we see dreams in PICTURES. In that way the FIRST MAN who saw the DREAMS thousands or lakhs of years ago and you both are SAME. He used to see the DREAMS in PICUTRES and you also see them in PICUTURES. The guy in SOUTH AFRICA / USA / INDIA / JAPAN or any part of the world have this common linkages to DREAMS. In fact, a person who is not having EYES / DEAF or DUMB from the BIRTH will also have the similar DREAMS. It is another matter that they may not be able to EXPRESS the same the way NORMAL person can.

So, there is absolutely NO Difference in DREAMS.

However, when you get up – “YOU” come into play. When “you” come into play – your EGO / your Intelligence / your languages / your beliefs / your traditions / your EDUCATION and “N” number of other factors come into play between achievement of your DREAMS and your REALITY. 

What is THE SECRET of SPEED into your DREAMS?

Another major aspect is the SPEED. Everything happens instantly in DREAMS. Am I right? I am sure you would have heard many stories of some SIDDH YOGIS (genuine one) creating anything out of AIR. You ask APPLE and they can give you APPLE/ you ask ORANGE or anything – they can just create out of EXISTENCE – instantly. We have many stories in our mythology or in reality. Many scientific experiments have been done and I am sure you would have read about them.

The point is SPEED at which they can CREATE!! Why we are taking time or not able to achieve them at all?

BEING V/s. DOING:-

When you DREAM – you are in the STATE of BEING. Mother Nature is nothing but BEING. Everything is available in abundance with Mother Nature. When you are connected with Mother Nature – everything happens instantly – since it is BEING. There is no scarcity. No need of waiting. No need of DOING!! It is THERE. You just have to CONNECT with it. When you get connected with it, you have everything INSTANT!!

(E.g. you have a RADIO – you just connect to the FREQUENCY and you have your NEWS/SONGS or other programs – instantly). You don’t have to do anything except – connecting with the FREQUENCY.

Most of the times – we do not know the right FREQUENCY / we are wasting time in selecting RADIO / we are more worried for what others are listening? / we do not know how to CONNECT to our FREQENCY? / We are not ready to learn to connect to the right frequency. You can add many more such reasons to it).

NASSIM TALEB calls BEING as RANDOMNESS:-

Financial Philosopher Nassim Taleb sets forth the idea about this with his book – “Fooled By Randomness”.

He said - that modern humans are often unaware of the existence of randomness. They tend to explain random outcomes as non-random.

Human beings:

1.  Overestimate causality, e.g., they see elephants in the clouds instead of understanding that they are in fact randomly shaped clouds that appear to our eyes as elephants (or something else);

2.  Tend to view the world as more explainable than it really is. So they look for explanations even when there are none.

(I laugh when most guys give reasons for market falls or market rise. They relish the reasons and enjoys).

3.  Survivorship bias. We see the winners and try to "learn" from them, while forgetting the huge number of losers.

4.  Skewed distributions. Many real life phenomena are not 50:50 bets like tossing a coin, but have various unusual and counter-intuitive distributions. An example of this is a 99:1 bet in which you almost always win, but when you lose, you lose all your savings.

How does this APPLY to your Investment Success?

Market is a state of BEING. It is there to give you everything instantly. The problem comes with your LEARNING APPROACH and your DOING mentality. You can’t LEARN or DO. You have to UNLERAN and UNDO.

All my teachings to my client are NON TEACHINGS. I help them to directly connect with the market. When they are directly connected with the market – you do not have to wait for ANALYSIS/TIMINGS. You just do it.

When I was dealing with BRUCE LEE – I had shared his famous DIAOGUE in ENTER the DRAGON

“And when there is an opportunity, I do not hit. It hits all by itself.

He is talking about BEING and not DOING. As long as you have “I” – you will do. But when you become SUCCESS – you are in BEING!! Just think. You don’t have to do anything, it just happens on its own.”
