King of Kaliyuga Rahu is entering into Kumbha Rashi. What does it mean for the Market / India and World?

Namaste! We are back with our master post of the planet transit. These posts are often saved by our readers and they refer to it as and when they are in doubt about the market and general events. Rahu is entering into Kumbha rashi at 7.30PM IST on 18th May 2025. It will remain there till 5th December 2026. Ketu will be transiting into Simha Rashi during the same time. We will try to see the results of the same.
Rahu Entry Horoscope: - (one can prepare a horoscope based on the above details. I am just sharing my observations).
1. Vruschik Lagna is rising. Lagan is VARGOTTAMA. This is a powerful lagna and it becomes more powerful when it becomes Vargottami. This is a LAGNA of intense emotions. So, INTENSE emotions in the WORLD will be SEEN be it in market / relationships or WAR. This one word is enough to give you the bird view of the coming period. Everything will be INTENSE.
2. The Lord of Lagna MARS is debilitated in KARKA rashi. Karka rashi is an emotional rashi. Mars will make emotions more intense. When emotions become INTENSE – LOGIC takes a back seat. Logic doesn’t work. So, those who are emotionally intelligent will be able to find a BALANCE in their life and other situations.
3. Rahu is in 4th house. 4th house is the house of happiness and represents the normal public when we see a macro picture. Ketu is in 10th house. In one of the posts for 2025 – we had said that due to the EGO satisfaction of the top guys people will suffer.
4. Leaders will focus on their EGO satisfaction and that will lead to the problems in the life of normal people.
5. Moon is in 3rd house aspected by MARS. Neighbouring courtiers will become super active with their hidden agendas. Immediate and sudden attack by India is possible post 18th May 2025 anytime.
6. The solace is GURU changes the sign on 15th May and it will be in 8th house aspecting 4th house and 12th house. The people will get some relief as the period progresses and losses will be minimized.
7. Venus, Saturn and Neptune are in 5th house. The lord of the same is in 8th house. The companies with a good management / product and services background will outsmart in the coming time. Saturn and Mars are making a triangle. This means the TEJI will have its mood swings.
8. Ketu is deep research. Simha rashi represents education. So, when it is in SIMHA rashi it means those who are doing DEEP RESEARCH before making a big investment bet will make tons of money for SURE. So, focus on learning, researching and investing.
9. Real estate market will see its worst and best sides depending on the areas. Luxury flats will see tons of demand in select pockets.
India: -
Mars is in 3rd house now and we have seen the attack by the terrorists motivated by the neighbours. I see some immediate and sudden attacks by India as told above.
Rahu is in 10th house in Indian horoscopes. Saturn in 11th house and Guru in 2nd house. This means India will have winning opportunities in the so-called chaotic environment.
Share market since 1915: -
Rahu – Ketu moved in Kumbha Rashi and SIMHA rashi as follows.
1. 12/10/1913 to 1/5/1915 : - Share market was closed in the USA in 2014 for 4.5 months due to WAR in the World. Doa made 81% gains in 2015.
2. 18/05/1932 to 6/12/1933: - Dow was down 23% in 1932. 67% up in 1933.
3. 24/12/1950 to 12/07/1952: - Dow was up 14% in 1951 / up 8% in 1952.
4. 30/7/1969 to 16/02/1971: - Dow was down 15% in 1969/ up 5% in 1970 and up 6% in 1952. This was the time when gold shot up from USD 40.
5. 6/3/1988 to 23/09/1989: - Dow was up 12% in 1988 and 27% in 1989. BSE SENSEX moved down 21% in 1988 and 79% in 1989.
6. 11/10/2006 to 29/04/2008: - Dow was up 16% in 2006 / 6% in 2007 and 33% down in 2008. BSE sensex was up 23% in 2006 / 15% in 2007 and it fell in 2008. Gold and Silver bull started.
If you check the above 120 years data – markets were positive most of the time. I maintain the same trend for the coming period with the given limitations as per the horoscope reading in points 7 and 8.
World events: -
1. First world war in 1915 started. Since KETU was in SIMHA Rashi this was motivated by the leaders of that time.
2. 1932-1933: - During 1932-1933, key events included the rise of Hitler in Germany, the Great Depression, and the Indian Civil Disobedience movement. In Germany, Hitler became Chancellor in January 1933, and the Reichstag Fire in February 1933 led to the Enabling Act, giving him dictatorial powers. The Great Depression continued to impact the United States, with high unemployment and economic hardship. In India, Mahatma Gandhi was arrested and interned, and a third civil disobedience campaign began.
3. 1950 – 1952: - In the period from 1950 to 1952, key events included the formation of the Republic of India, the Korean War, and the discovery of the DNA double helix. India's constitution became fully implemented, and the first general election and Lok Sabha were held, leading to Jawaharlal Nehru's first government. The Korean War began in June 1950, and the United States intervened. In 1952, James Watson and Francis Crick published their discovery of the DNA double helix.
4. 1969 – 1971: - In 1969-1971, several significant events shaped global and national landscapes. These include the Apollo 11 moon landing, the start of The Troubles in Northern Ireland, and the escalation of the Vietnam War. On the political front, India saw the renaming of Madras State to Tamil Nadu, and the Indian National Congress split into two factions. 1969 also saw the launch of India's first nuclear power plant, Tarapur. In science, key inventions like the B programming language and CCD technology emerged.
5. 1988 to 1989: -In 1988-89, major events included the rise of Viswanathan Anand as the first Indian Grandmaster in chess, the 1988 Myanmar-India earthquake, and the Bihar earthquake in India. Internationally, the year saw the start of the "Revolutions of 1989" in Eastern Europe, leading to the fall of communism and the opening of the Berlin Wall. In the US, a major drought and heat waves led to widespread fires and a high death toll.
6. 2006 to 2008: - From 2006 to 2008, several significant events unfolded globally. The Iraq War continued, marked by increasing sectarian violence and insurgent attacks. A global financial crisis, fuelled by the subprime mortgage crisis, began in 2007 and led to the Great Recession. Other major events included the Mumbai attacks, the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and the Bangladesh political crisis.
If you study the above events – we can say we will have WAR or WAR Like events / NEW TECHNOLOGICAL INVENTIONS and POLITICIANS EGO will be the major reason for the plight of the normal people.
What are the broad conclusions?
