The Best Way to Study the Share Market and Companies and Make tons of money

Dear Fellow Investors,

Namaste! Many regular readers keep on asking me – how come you are going right in your prediction about the market? How come you are well ahead of the events? What is my system? Can you teach us the same? Today, I am sharing my system with you all. I have already shared in the past but this post is specifically for the same. Let me share a story before that.

How a Young Man became the Prime Minister of the King?

There was a kingdom and the Prime Minster was about to retire. So, he asked the KING to arrange for the TEST to select the new Prime Minster. After lot of test they selected 3 guys for the post. They all appeared to be the same so to make the choice of the best was difficult.

The retiring PM – said we will lock the THREE GUYS in a JAIL and those who come out of them first will be made the PRIME MINISTER.

They were given the dates on which they will be locked in the jail. They were told that there will be numerical puzzle and they have to solve that to come out of the jail.

The first 2 guys went to the market and locksmith shops and stated reading and taking lessons for opening the locks. The third guy was doing nothing and was relaxing in his home.

On the pre-decided day they all were locked in the same room. The two guys who had their books and material started referring them with the lock. The third guy was cool and sitting in the corner. He was meditating on the current situations.  The two guys assumed that this guy is a loser and don’t know anything about the lock opening.

After some time the 3rd guy got up and pushed the door and the door opened. These guys were busy in solving the puzzle and the 3rd guy became the PM.

Moral of the STORY for Market Success: -

1.   I see normal investors are too busy with MEDIA NEWS and COMMENTS. They spend tons of time in discussing the MARKET situations and possible effects of the same. (like the 2 guys who spend time in learning the puzzle solving).  

2.   Normal investors are GREEDY and have doing mindset. They want fast and sure shot return for their investments. (the two guys are hell bent on becoming the PM). This takes away their power of thinking peacefully.

3.   When you are under mental pressure to perform / to generate the fast return – you are not 100% focused on the opportunities that are coming in the hidden form. You miss them.

4.   The 3rd guy was focused on solving the problem. He also applied the mind and logic. But his logic was simple. His logic was – if the lock is really locked – somebody can open it by hook or crook. The two guys have been trained to open the lock. Had the lock was locked in reality – either of the two guys would have become the PM for sure.

5.   The 3rd guy thought beyond the LOCK and thought about the real intentions of the KING. He could guess the real intentions and he came out.

How we apply the above story in our investment success?

We look at the ground realities of the market at any given point of time and predict the market situations. The 3rd guy also medicated in the jail situations ground realities and came out. The same way some of the ground realities which will keep the market up are as under.

1.   State Elections in India and coming Parliament elections In India and in the USA in 2024.

 

This is the REASON of the REASONS for TEJI in both the market. Forget your ECONOMY / your BANKS / YOUR JOB DATA / your Inflation and your Interest rates and war like situations. The existing KINGS wants to win the election and they will go out all the way to win the same.  See today KEJRIWAL is called by CBI. No opponent will be SPARED!! The same way no problems will be allowed to come in their way. Naturally, Market is the barometer of the success of the economy and the leader – they will do everything to keep it up.

 

In our past posts also we had given the same logic. But people are busy with CHARTS / FUNDAMENTALS / BETA/ GAMA and THETA. They miss the BUS.

 

2.   TONS OF LIQUIDITY in the market: -  

In the last 15 years – all the economy are flush with the liquidity in tons. These liquidity is like WATER. They keep on flowing and they find something or the other as an asset class. See the movement of CRYPTO / BULLION / SHARE MARKET / ANTIQUE market worldwide in the last 15 years. These liquidity will not die soon. It means some or the other asset class or all the asset classes will keep on moving. This time – CRYPTO / BULLION and SHARES - all the 3 of them are moving up.

3.   Intentions of the KING and TOP GUYS: -

The Kings want to win the election and they will need tons of money for the same. The top guys have to finance the elections so that their interest are taken care off when their chose party comes to the power. They need money for the same.

The Money can come only and only if the assets move up. However, if all the guys buy – they will not make the biggest money. So, they will create pessimistic scenario – like ADANI / BANKS CRISIS / WAR so the normal people remain away from the market and they buy the shares in the pessimistic time. They also know when they will turn the situation positive. When the situations turns the positive – normal people will come and they will sell their assets.

FACTS V/s. Assumptions & Opinions: -

I am focusing on the above 3 FACTS while EXPERTS are busy discussing the interest rates / inflation / Oil prices / war and many other things. They have tons of time to discuss. They discuss the opinions and assumptions. With Opinions and Assumptions – you don’t get CONVICTIONS to invest BIG and when you don’t invest big at the right time – you can’t make money.

Buffett and all big guys focus on the FACTS and only FACTS. They don’t ask – KYA LAGTA HEY. They KNOW WHAT IT IS before they invest.

What NEXT?

I am like that 3rd Guy in the jail. While others are busy in their opinions – I see the ground realities of the market and the political compulsions.
