Knowledge V/s. Knowing in the field of Investing – the most advanced concept for successful investing.

 

Dear Fellow Investors,

 

Namaste! Yesterday, we had seen that how REAL KNOWLEDGE can be the way to deal with EMOTIONS while investing or trading. However, knowledge has certain limitations and it can’t be used all the time and in all situations. 

 

The Problem with the KNOWLEDGE: - 

 

When you say – I KNOW – it means you are talking about the PAST. Whatever you know is nothing but the PAST. Say you know that you have 2 cars / 3 flats / 3 kids / x amount in the bank and many other details. You know that the past performance of the company is so and so. 

 

The biggest issue with the knowledge is that based on your PAST KNOWLEDGE you are trying to predict the future. In the process of the same – you really forget the PRESENT. 

 

Have you seen people fight/kill and murder in the name of religious belief or political opinions? These fights are taking place due to KNOWLEDGE. Two people have different views on the same thing and both are adamant and they end up fighting thanks to the KNOWLEDGE.

 

When a person is faced with difficult health situations or some legal issues – we always take second opinions. This is thanks to the knowledge!! 

 

What is KNOWING?

Knowing is present. You are not in the past and not in the future. You are 100% in the present. When you are in the present you are free from any opinions/dogmas and beliefs. When you are free from them -you can see the real picture in the present moment. 

 

Now, the beauty is – when you are in PRESENT – you don’t need to think about what is RIGHT INVESTMENT and what is WRONG INVESTMENT? Whatever you will do will be right by default because you are in the present.  

 

This is the power of KNOWING. 

 

How to shift To KNOWING from KNOWLEDGE? 

 

Most investors are not in the stage of KNOWLEDGE at this moment. They are not interested in learning the fine art of investing in the first place. All they want is the TIP and they dream to make RISK-FREE money. They leave in FOOLS PARADISE. 

 

So, the first step is to KNOW. Once you know and you remain with knowledge for a long time you realize the uselessness of the knowledge. If you are a genuine seeker of wealth - you will feel the need for something REALTIME. So, you will start focusing on the PRESENT and not on the future or past. 

 

Once you start focusing on the PRESENT – you will have real-time awareness of the market events and you may feel that the market is talking to you. When the market is talking to you – you can go right in spite of all experts and analysts telling you the other story. 

 

Thanks to the blessings of my GURU – many times I feel, the Market is talking to me. Thanks to that - Time and again – I have given an out of the BOX call which experts have agreed later on. In MARCH only we said Market will move up faster than down. Now the Nifty is 17900. It was 16800 when we said. Nobody was saying that with CONVICTION as we had said in MARCH.
