What is Our View on Market at this Juncture?

Greetings from Hitesh!  Yesterday, we sent you the report for US and other western markets and the indications they are giving!! So, logical question comes – what will happen to Indian Market? Let me deal with that. But before that I will share a little story of Mahabharat.

Karna + Shailya in Mahabharat is Equal to Small Investors + Media in Modern Times.

Mahabharat can be read in many ways – in pure story form as we usually read or in reading the hidden meaning of the same. Today we will deal with one such hidden meaning of Karna and Shailya.

Karna means Ear. Shailya means doubt. During Battle with Arjun – Shailya was constantly telling negative things to Karna. Though Karna was more powerful in all respect – but because of Doubts and Negative thoughts he was killed!!

Small investors are the most powerful persons in the market. They are the net depositors in the bank / on their basis Insurance and mutual fund companies run. Taxes paid by them forms part of the biggest government income. In fact, through their votes only Government is chosen in India!! Still they are poor!!

The reason is simple – they rely on MEDIA and MEDIA is successful in influencing the MIND. So, if Small investors are getting killed – nobody is to be blamed!! Now, let me go back to the market.

Have you seen this Trend in Market?

Our yogis were SEERS and not LISTNERS. They saw...no reading/listening or any other form of communications!! So, we always talk about SEEING yourself. Just see following period on the charts.

1.  23^rd January to 4^th Feb : NF came down from 6345 to 6000!!

2.  10^th June to 30^th June:- Nf came down from 7656 to 7463!!

3.  22^nd Sep to 26^th Oct:- Nf came down from 8200 to 7755!!

Take any news paper of your choice. Take any market of your choice. Go to any business channels news during these times. They all would have been filled with negative news / Market experts would have given negative opinion / small investors would have panicked and things like that.

Importance of above Period:-

The above period astrologically coincides with the Retrograde Mercury. Mercury stands for Intelligence / Business and commercial activities. When it becomes retrograde, intellectual faculties get affected and it leads to negative interpretations / negative or wrong actions.

At Individual levels - persons having Gemini / Virgo / Sagittarius and Pieces – Sun Sign / Moon Sign / Ascendant or having weak mercury in Natal Chart gets affected the most.

What happens after these Periods are Over?

Many times when Electric Power goes at night (this is normal in India – even now), you would have considered Rope as a Snake in darkness. But when Electric Power comes back – you laugh at yourself that it was a rope!!

Just see after making a low of 6000 Nf made a new high in early June and after fall of late June, Nf made new high in September!! I am sure nothing worthwhile has changed at ground levels in this period in world and in India!! We had the set of problems and they are still there!!

What is Our Strategy?

You need a lot of vision and understanding of the ground realities of the market. We have been seeing this since 2009!! Market will go up and go down with overall trend remaining positive!! Buy on dips should be your strategy.  However, do not buy on Loan / Margins – buy only as much as your capital permits. You will have peace of mind during such volatile period.

When you invest on loan money – you have to take additional pressures of interest and margin payment and you are forced to square your position, if you can’t pay the margin!!

My Personal Call:-

We had seen three pairs in Mahabharat – Duryodhan+Sakuni / Karna+Shailya and Arjun+ Lord Krishna. We had also seen that first two pairs were killed only last pair remained!!
