If COVID has not affected you due to your online model – this will surely affect you

Dear Fellow Travelers,

Namaste! Our post of having no questions at all was really a surprise from our side to too many readers. Normally, it is believed that when you have answers to all your questions – you will get peace of mind. But as long as you have questions – you have a mind. As long as you have a mind – you can’t have peace of mind. Simple.

How is the normal people’s reaction when they are saved from big losses?

They feel happy. They praise the Lord for their boon. Many times, they assume that there is nothing to worry about now as they are safe. Say during COVID – pharma guys – share market guys – essential commodities guys made tons of money. Most of the real estate demand has come from this kind of people only. While they made good money, created good wealth – they are not safe.

For each one person making tons of money – there were 10 or more people who would have suffered due to COVID. They have been helped by many agencies but chiefly the government of the respective countries would have helped them in a major way. Look at the USA – the government distributed cash to the people. Look at India. The government created a lot of schemes to help the affected people.

Now, the government was not creating money out of thin Air and spending it. They were spending the TAXPAYERS money only. They created a huge deficit in the BUDGET and financed the needy people.

Now, they are printing money to finance the huge deficit. They spend billions on 2 vaccines. Now, they are talking about the BOOSTER DOSE. Other billions will be spent on them.

More money in the system will create more and more liquidity. So, too much money will chase too few goods. We will have inflation in the country we have never seen before.

Just see the prices of essential items and people are facing issues to pay for the same. It means all are paying indirectly for the problems suffered by our county men.

Those who worked from home – used mobile as a business – were in essential sectors are also suffering, indirectly due to inflation and government policies.

What is the ideal way to think?

Think HOLISTICALLY and in TOTALITY. Many times, when other people suffer – we think – it’s their problem. No, it’s not their problem alone. It’s our problem too.  

How to deal with this problem if you are saved due to your business or job model?

The coming time will be a time for inflation, currency change, and many other financial changes will come. To keep on saving yourself – you will have to find out asset classes that grow faster than the inflation rate.

Invest your time and resources in learning the fine art of investments.
