India of 1991 V/s. India of 2021 – What changed in 30 years of liberalisation?

Namaste! India is celebrating 30 years of liberalisation started by P V Narsimha Rao on 1/7/1991. 30 years is really a long time to see the progress. As per astrology – Saturn takes 30 years to transit one round of the Zodiac. So, Saturn is in Makar Rashi in 2021 like it was in 1991.

Let us look at 1/7/1991 11am Delhi Horoscope.

 

 

 

 

1.   Mercury – lord of 2^nd and 11^th is sitting in 12^th house indicating No money with the country.

2.   Mercury is joined by Mars – 4^th and 9^th lord – it means we had to mortgage our real assets – Gold to get the money.

3.   Venus the lord of the 3^rd and 10^th house was also in the 12^th house it means the decision was taken under the fluke and out of situations and not out of strategic planning.

4.   Jupiter – lord of the 5^th house and 8^th house was in the 12^th. 5^th house was occupied by Rahu. It means the Share market blasted with this move. But since Jupiter was in the 12^th house – the share market became responsible for losses to the masses.

5.   Lagna Lord – SUN just crossed Rahu and it was under the influence of Rahu. It means the Government got a lot of Blame for these kinds of situations.

6.   12^th lord Moon was sitting in the 7^th house. It means there was no support from our friendly countries.

7.   Saturn was retrograde in the 6^th house. It was  aspecting all the 4 planets – Mercury / Mars / Venus and Jupiter. This was the reason for the new beginning suddenly. Since Saturn was retrograde – our credit rating was really affected.

What were the Results?

The things that started under the force of circumstances, lack of vision, and lack of planning – can not take the country very far.

From 1994 to 2012 – We had Rahu Dasha. Rahu was in 5^th house in Dhanu Rashi. Rahu means Prapanch. Look at the SCAMS which took place during this time in India. We had seen 1992/1994/1997/2000/2008 stock market scams. Lot many scams in 2g / Mines / Roads and N number of other scams.

From 2013 we have Guru Dasha. Guru was in the 12^th house. Guru means money – money and money for the 1/7/1991 horoscope. It gave tons of money and liquidity to the country since 2015.

In 2016 – Saturn into Guru Dasha was going on and Modi Ji declared Note Bandi. The way there was haphazard liberalisation started in 1991 – we had seen the haphazard implementation of Note Bandi and lot many other schemes.

Let us look at 1/7/2021 11am Delhi Horoscope.

If we look at the current horoscope 1/7/2021 – we can say the following.

1.   Sun has just crossed Rahu. We had seen Sun Eclipse last month. The government had earned a bad name for lack of Vaccination, medical facilities, and other policies in the last 3 months.

2.   Jupiter is sitting in 7^th house and aspecting Sun / Lagna and 3^rd house. This is a positive aspect for the government and it indicates that government will have the wisdom to correct its policies. Modi Ji has made FREE vaccination for all. FM has announced a lot of financial supports. However, Jupiter is retrograde and fast. It means there is no system and lack of planning in execution even today.

3.   2^nd and 11^th lord Mercury is in the 10^th house. It means money is there in the businesses. But Rahu is with Mercury – it means money is made by a selective few and not the masses. Mercury is 12^th from the 11^th house. It means the normal masses are not getting the benefits they should have got.

4.   Mars is still in the 12^th house. It means we still have our major assets in foreign currencies. We have the highest Dollar Reserves. The dollar is a US currency. This is giving a feeling that we have got the advantage in terms of foreign trade – but the fact is our DEBT in actual terms has increased. We have 58% of our GDP as our DEBT.

5.   Venus is in the 12^th house. It means the government is spending more than it is earning. It also means the population as a whole is spending more than what they are earning. Thanks to Covid in the last 2 years – many guys have to take loans to run their expenses or many guys are taking various loans to meet their dreams.

6.   Moon is in the 8^th house. 12^th lord in 8^th house – means major losses are hidden and most of the population is unaware of these major losses. The way NCLT is solving the DEBT payment issues – BANKS are robbed and indirectly – the normal people’s money is going towards select few industrialists. This is a major loss but we are not coming to know as of now.

7.   Ketu in the 4^th house and 4^th lord – mars in the 12^th house mean Disinvestment will be the mantra going forwards. Governments’ Gold like companies will be sold to the FII and other companies.

8.   Shani is again back to 6^th house. It was in 6^th house in 1991 also.  It means some new beginning will start. This time it has just crossed Pluto in the last 3 years. It means the past ways of working have died down. New ways of doing business have come up. Traditional ways have lost their power against online and digital businesses.

9.   Rahu in 10^th house shows some positive hope in terms of business dominance in coming years. However, it is making a triangle with retrograde Shani – it means there will be a difference between what we are told and what is the reality.

What Next?

In both the horoscopes Lagna Lord Sun was in 11^th. It means the people in power have their desires fulfilled. They achieved their goals and their targets. As a country, the conditions of the masses have not changed in the last 30 years. Looking at the chart of 1991 - I can definitely say - that the starting of liberalisation was an eyewash.
