From Sex to Superconsciousness V/s. From Investments to Wealth Creation.

Dear Fellow Travelers,

Namaste! Whether you have read it or not – I am sure you must have heard about the World’s best-selling Book of OSHO – “Sambhog Se Samadhi Ki Aur” – “From Sex to Superconsciousness”. Thanks to the title, Osho and the books both became the talk of the town in the early 1970s. I am doing an interesting comparison with investments and wealth creations.

How NORMAL mind understand the title of the book?

The book's name is - “Sambhog Se Samadhi Ki Aur”. In English, the title is “From Sex to Superconsciousness” It means one has to move from SEX to SUPER CONSCIOUSNESS. But the most guys who bought the books understood – SUPERCONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH SEX. They thought it’s a double advantage – enjoy the SEX also and get the Super Consciousness also. This is my observation of understanding of a lot of people I have come across. In fact, this understanding was the motive to buy that book for many people.

Let me give you an example - say your friend is traveling from the USA to India. While sharing his itinerary he may tell that he is traveling from New York to Dubai and from Dubai to Mumbai. All he is saying that he is starting from NEW YORK to reach Dubai and From Dubai to Mumbai. It shows the path of his travel. Same way – a person has to move from SEX to reach Super Consciousness.

Why I am taking your time to deal with the TITLE?

90% of the guys would have not understood the title in a correct way. Same way when a person comes to Investments he is confused with investing / trading and wealth creations.

Sex / Investments: -

In both, the cases person can enjoy the process. Sex will give temporary feelings of Bliss and Happiness and Kids, if the couple wants.  

If you are focused only on Investing, you will be rewarded with Dividends / Bonus / Returns in terms of capital appreciations in short term and long term.

Super Consciousness / Wealth Creation: -

Super Consciousness leads to permanent Bliss and Happiness. You become one with all so no need for kids or another person.

Wealth Creation is an end-of-day today investing, worrying about return and losses. Wealth is an end destination for all investors and traders.

Thought of Sex and thought of Money Making: -

As per some research average man thinks of SEX at every 3 to 5 minutes or a maximum of 7 minutes. The average woman thinks about Sex every 13 minutes.

In the same way, I have not come across a person who is not thinking about making money. Everybody is thinking about making money. All want to be rich and enjoy the best of the things money can buy.

The questions come – How come everybody wants to become rich but not everybody is rich? How come they are not able to satisfy their need for Money? Why they are wasting whole life working for money? Money is the most essential power in the current time but it's not more essential than LIFE. People have forgotten LIFE for Money and Permanent Bliss for the sake of temporary bliss.

How to change focus from Investments to Wealth Creation?

Will you keep your hand on Burning Candle? No. You know that your hand will catch fire. The same way the day you become AWARE of wasting your life every day for money-making – you will change your focus without anybody telling you.

This post is to make you think about the most essential things of life – Sex and Money. Think with an Open Mind.

1.   Saving money is not Investing.

2.   Investing is not Wealth Creation.
