Your Sacrifice will decide your Success and Failure. Let us Study of USA / JAPAN and INDIA from SACRIFICE Perspective.

Greetings from Hitesh! Muslims in the world will be celebrating their FEAST OF SACRIFICE today or tomorrow. Feast of SACRIFICE is popularly known as BAKRI EID in India. It is a story of ABRAHAM and his love for his son. Just to give you perspective ABRAHAM had his first son at the age of 86!! When he became 99 – GOD wanted to test his love for GOD or SON. But he willingly agreed to SACRIFICE his son for GOD. Looking at his willingness – GOD saved his son.

In the normal course of life – we all do sacrifice for our near and dear / our friends and relatives / for god and religion. So, for us sacrifice is very normal thing in our routine life. How come ABRAHAM only got the GOD’s blessings and we are not getting?

Today I am dealing with THREE countries from SACRIFICE point of View.

USA:-

Number one consumer of the world. They follow the Indian theory of CHARVAKA – eat, drink and be merry. If you don’t have money – take loan and ENJOY. USA is following the same thing. It is the most indebted county in real terms as on today. When you consume things on DEBT – it means you are consuming FUTURE income. In other words – you are sacrificing your FUTURE for PRESENT!!

But their SACRIFICE is so HIGH – that their suppliers’ PRESENT depends on them!!

JAPAN:-

Number one SAVER in the world. As per the WORLD bank data – it has an average saving rate to GDP at 22% between 2010 to 2014. It was around 30% in 1995 and it has come down gradually. Japanese people save the most. In other words – they are SACRIFICING their PRESENT for FUTURE!!

Their sacrifice is also very high – due to their love for savings – their country is in DEFLATION since last 20 years!!

India:-

India was the GROWTH ENGINE of the world till 18^th CENTURY. It was growing one side for 1800 years!! Can you imagine? This is the FACT.

We have SACRIFICED our PAST. We don’t want to learn from our past!! We were known as DEVELOPING COUNTRY some time back. Now, they are calling us – EMERGING Market. Just name has changed. We are learning from HARVARD / STANFORD and other UNIVERSITIES and WESTERN concepts. Today we have to go to GERMANY for best of SANSKRIT education.

Our sacrifice is also very HIGH – we have made the other countries RICH at the expense of our people.

Looking at above - CAN WE SAY  - SACRIFICE IS BAD?

If you look at the above three examples – in spite of consuming the best of the things – USA has the highest Psychological disorders and other health issues. In spite of SAVINGS – Japan is in DEFLATION!! In spire of RICH heritage India is POOR!!

The answer lies in above STORY. ABRAHAM did the sacrifice of his loved SON to fulfill GOD’s wish and not his own!! So, all SACRIFICE of our most loved ones done to fulfill GOD’s wish are good. All forced SACRIFICE or ME TOO SACRIFICES are BAD.

How to APPLY this to INVESTMENTS?

Investment is also a SACRIFICE of your PRESENT for your BETTER FUTURE. It must come from WITH IN. If you are doing it just because you have nothing better to do / your neighbors are doing / your friends have made tons of money and you are still doing 9 to 5 job or for any other reason other than inner calling – you will not be able to stay longer in the market!!

BUDDHA and MAHAVIR left everything due to their deep Inner calling. Inner calling comes when you realize from within that you must do something or must not do something. Realization comes from EDUCATION. All our religious books are trying to educate us towards the TRUTH.
