Karl Marx Said "Religion is the opium of the people". What is your VIEW?

Greetings from Hitesh! Market made a new high in July 2016. The SKEPTICS / FENCE SITTERS / MEDIA FOLLOWERS / BARGAIN HUNTERS lost the lifetime opportunities for making money. When they look back – they will find that it was their DECISION not to follow HITESH PARIKH when he was telling or reminding him time and again.

I keep on reading on various subjects. Last week I was reading about KARL MARX book “CRITICISM of RELIGION”. He has said the above sentence in the same. The full sentence reads as follow:-

“Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people.”

I read and re-read above sentence. Suddenly some thoughts started coming to my mind. Deep down we all are ALONE. Our society / our family/ marriage system / kids all are part of temporary arrangements to keep us hooked to them. At the end we are born alone and we are going to die alone. So, the RELIGION becomes the LAST SIGH for most guys as MARX says. (No doubt we find OLDIES in Religious places)

Religion is not my AREA. My AREA is INVESTMENTS and when I see the situations in the investment arena – I see very good corollary.

Since every human is ALONE – he looks for some or the other security in life. According to KARL MARX – HUMANS have invented RELIGION. Same way HUMANS have invented SMALL SAVINGS / GAURNTEED RETURN / MUTUAL FUNDS / SIP / PENSION PLANS and other SCHEMES.

Before 2008, it was believed that there are certain TOO BIG TO FAIL companies are there. If you have invested in them – your money is 100% secure. Last 8 years have shown us that not only BIG CORPORATES but also BIG COUNTRIES can FAIL!! So, your EMPLOYMENT / your GUARNTEED RETURN SCHEMES / your social securities / your pension are temporary in fast changing world.

It is not that NORMAL guy doesn’t understand this game. But the STELEMATE is created in his life in such a way that he has to give in.  

How STALEMATE in NORMAL PEOPLE’s life is CREATED?

Stalemate is a TERM used in CHESS. The meaning of it is – “a position counting as a draw, in which a player is not in check but cannot move except into check”.

The GAME starts with the EDUCATION system. All over the world education system has produced EXECUTIVES only!! Look at the HISTORY of SUCCESSFUL TOP GUYS – you will find that many were SCHOOL DROP OUTS!! Or they got the DIFFERENT education early in their FAMILY. ROBERT KIYOSAKI has written a book outlining this phenomenon – “what rich dad teaches which poor dad do not”

With this education it is very difficult to start your own business / industry for most of the guys. So, they have to rely on the JOB. Now, they compete each other for a JOB/ PROMOTION/PERKS and SALARIES. Naturally, they are doing 8-12 hours of JOB, so they have no TIME for MANAGING THERE MONEY.

So, smartest of the smart guys started MUTUAL FUNDS and SIP to take as little as Rs.500 from The Smallest of the GUYS.

With the above TWO THINGS happens in NORMAL GUYS life – his time and skills are used for COMPNANIES GROWTH where he works and some select guys takes away his HARD EARNED MONEY, they make tons of money with his money and give small return to this guy!! 

The end result is NORMAL guy has to LIVE his life in INSECURITY. What will happen if JOB is lost and how will I live in RETIREMENT? He ends up his life like ABHIMANYU ended in CHAKRAVYUH in MAHABHARAT.

Most guys follow the RELIGIONS of their PARENTS without questioning. Same way they follow the above rituals of  – education/job/retirement / pension.

How Our Approach is DIFFERENT?
