“There Is A Scam Brewing Up In The Market, Do You Know?”

Greetings from Hitesh! Hope you all are enjoying the rally in the market. Last week, I met couple of HNI for investments. One of them asked me the above question.

“There Is A Scam Brewing Up In The Market, Do You Know?”

So, I asked him, What Makes Him Feel So?

He said “did you see the Nifty Stocks? Just few stocks are moving up and Nifty is moving up. Just see the penny stocks, B and C group shares, they are moving fast. Do they deserve that kind of valuations? What’s More, the Nifty P/E which was around 18 in May first week, has moved to 21 in June first Week. What has changed in Businesses of companies in just a month? FIIs are buying and market is moving up. This is not real teji?”

After listening to his long lecture, I asked him one simple question……do you want to take advantage of this favorable situation or not? He replied…Yes, of course!!

But my mind picked up something else. A thought came in my mind – Do We Really Deserve What We Enjoy Now?

It is easy to talk about company valuations and debate about the correctness or incorrectness of it. It is also easy to talk about people in our life and debate their success!!

But when it comes to us personally - just think what about our own valuations. Do we really deserve that? Do we really deserve all the wealth and luxuries of life? Can we really claim that we have earned them? Are we fully qualified for them?

One needs a heart of lion to accept the fact that a hidden hand is supporting him to increase his valuations – irrespective of whether he deserves or not - like many companies in the share market.

What is a Way Out?

“Gahana Karmano Gatih” - You can not explain Karma. It can not be described.

You will take advantage of the situations only and only if  KARMA supports you. Knowing is not doing!!

Has India’s Karma changed for better?

Just look at three incidences in last 15 days……

1.   Mr. Modi became PM on 26^th May with majority.

2.   Pakistan relieved 150 Indian fishermen from its jail.

3.    Chinese minister visited India to talk about Trade agreement.

Above three incidences make me feel that better times are ahead for people of India. For coming 5 years, we feel India is the best place to do investing.

What about your personal Karma?

If you have not listened to us in 2009/ 2011 /2013 and in March 2014, look into your heart. What is stopping you? Why you have not followed me in spite of best of my calls?

(If you believe in linear equation of Karma and results, looking at my calls and expertise, you should have listened to me and joined me way back!!)

In market and in life, just enjoy what you have in your front. Do not debate WHY and WHY NOT? It is waste of your time. 

Brucee Lee had once said “Empty your mind, be formless, be shapeless like water. If you put the water into a cup, it becomes the cup. If you put the water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. If you put the water into tea pot, it becomes the tea pot. Now water can flow, drip or can crash. Be water my friend.”
