Why WORLD MARKETS in all ASSETS class can move up further from HERE?

Harshad Mehta used Banker’s Receipt to generate money to support his buying of shares. Ketan Parikh did Circular Trading in K-10 stocks. US people used DEBT and selling of DEBT Securities by making it small parcel and created liquidity. Ben Bernarke started printing DOLLAR BILLS. European / Japanese guys also followed same model of infusing liquidity. 

The end result was ZERO improvement in real economy. By the end of 2008 – they found out a NOVEL way to infuse the Liquidity in the market.

They GENERATED CRYPTO CURRENCIES. There are 800 different kinds of CRYPTO CURRENCIES in the world as of now. You can also create your own currency. BITCOIN is the leader among them.

RANSOMWARE and BITCOIN PRICE:-

BITCOIN prices moved to USD 1800 from USD 1000 in just 3 months. People were bullish and nobody knew why it was moving. Suddenly we found that RANSOMWARE attack by CHINA (MEDIA says NORTH KOREA). They wanted to be paid in BITCOIN for removing the virus.

China wanted to open NEW SILK ROAD between ASIA and EUROPE and most countries did not participated in that same. China’s initiative failed, at least, at this moment. The GRUDGE of failure could also be the reason for MASS ATTACK on all the countries.

This explains the JACKING
up the BITCOIN price ahead of the RANSOMWARE ATTACK. 

China is one of the biggest holders of BITCOINS as well as TECHNOLOGICALLY advanced. It is using NORTH KOREA as a FRONT FACE.

How LIQUIDITY will INCREASE DRAMATICALLY due to CRYPTO CURRNCIES?

Let us take a simple example – you have Rs.1.25 lakh and you buy GOLD. Now, you have GOLD and the jeweler has CASH. You can’t buy anything unless you convert your GOLD again into the currency.  Same thing applies for PROPERTY / SHARES or any other asset you may buy with your money.

But in case of BITCOIN – you also have the liquidity and the other guy also have liquidity. Say you buy BITCOIN for Rs.1.25 lakh and the seller has Rs.1.25 lakhs and you have BITCOIN, with which you can easily buy anything instantly and anonymously.

Technically, Economy has now Rs.2.5 lakh (Rs.1.25 lakh + 1 Bitcoin ) instead of just Rs.1.25 lakhs.

This little innovation has created additional liquidity in already heavily liquid market. As of now the market capitalization (market value) of all the crypto currencies is USD 62 billion, it was USD 50 billion in last week. It has moved up by 20% plus in a week.

What it means?

World has now additional purchasing power worth of USD 62 billion along with all other currencies. This is going to go up looking at the world situations. It means LIQUIDITY will move up and it will inflate the asset prices going forward at a faster pace.

What it means for SMALL INVESTORS like us?

Value of our money is going down day by day at a faster pace then we can ever think. Our retirement expenses will hit the roof and we will not be able to meet them with your FIXED DEPOSIT interests.
