Treatment to Frog V/s Treatment to Normal Investor

Greetings from Hitesh! Thanks a lot for liking my last post on Investment principle. All have appreciated like anything. Today I am going to deal with another important subject. It deals with the Treatment of FROG and Normal Investor.

The Experiment on the Frog:-

It has been observed that if you put the FROG in the boiling water it will jump out of it immediately. However, if you put the same in Called water it will be happy. Now, go on heating the same water and frog will start adjusting to the increase in the temperature. When this water becomes boiling HOT – rather than coming out of it dies into it.

Treatment of Normal Investors:-

The same goes true for normal investors. The financial system has been devised in such a way that normal investors also die a slow death. They are given lollipop of Bank FDs / SIPs / Mutual Funds / Postal Savings /debt funds and what not. They become so used to them that they do not get the time to look at the real investments in Businesses or their shares!! Whether they make money or not – the person who sells them makes tons of money!! He goes to Foreign Travels for achieving his targets!!

Another way to kill normal investor is to provide them FREE Services. The modus operandi is simple. You join them, they give you free calls and they make commission. One day all your money will be gone in commission or losses. In our observation – we have seen that 9 out of 10 guys die like this. Now, you hate the Share market and you go to other slow death – Mutual Fund or SIPs!!

Just look at the richest people on the earth. I have yet to find a richest person in the list who is there because he invested in Mutual Funds and SIPs or Bank FDs or Postal Savings or Debt Funds. I bet you will also not find one. However, you will find the names of people who invested in Shares / in Businesses / who are running Mutual Funds and SIPs!!

You know this Open Secret still you are doing the same and dreaming to become RICHEST some day. Let me give you good news – you are Day Dreaming! If you are happy with that – I have no issues.

But if you really want to go to the top - you will have to face the Boiling water in the first instance.
