Time To Fulfill Your Promise Has Come. Are You Aware?

Greetings from Hitesh! Wish you a very happy Sunday. With the Elections around the corner, our politicians and leaders are busy giving promises. To promise and not to fulfill them may be their business……but what about fulfilling the promises you made to yourself?  Let me deal with them.

I am sure you would have observed these behaviors.

Promise To Wake Up:-

Many times we promise ourselves to wake up early in the morning. When the alarm rings, somebody from within us says…..we will start getting up from tomorrow. It’s too cold outside. Let me sleep another 10-15 minutes. Same goes for exercise programme and other personal issues.

Promise to Pay:-

Many times we promise to issue a cheque or send the payment on so and so date. Many times this is done to buy the time…..many times when the time to pay comes….somebody within you say….It’s okay not to pay him now. We will pay him next week/month. He does not need money now. He is not asking for it now. Let me use this money in trading and I will pay from the profit !!

I am sure you must have come across these kinds of behaviors around you over the years.

Belief in God V/s. Belief in Self:-

Many people say they believe in God. Many Say they do not. I have no debate with both the groups. My only point is……do you believe in yourself? Truth hurts the ego….and very few would like to portray that they do not have self confidence/belief. So, 99% of the time, the answer will be,  Of course,  I believe in myself.

My simple question, if you believe in yourself…..then why you do not fulfill promises made by you?

How does this affect you as an Investor?

Market is a collective intelligence…..it will support you, if you support yourself. It will take you for a big ride, if you try to cheat yourself. Many times you go to market as a trader….you do not keep your promise….and you become investor….market will take all your money. Same way if you go to market as an investor….and if you act as a trader, market will give you small gains and big losses.

What Did You Promise In 2009? :-

When Sensex moved up from 9000 to 17000 in 3 months…..most of you might have promised yourself that if it comes again at 8000, you will buy in tons!!

At 18000 Sensex now, many of the companies are quoted at the 

prices of 8000 Sensex!! If you really believe in yourself…..the time to act is NOW.

Pre Diwali Sale:-

We see market will continue pre-diwali sale for the coming 4-8 weeks. Time to do cherry picking has come. Somebody had said….Action is the ultimate Knowledge.
