“Sometimes I feel My continuous losses in share markets are the results of my KARMA – what do you say?”
Dear Fellow Travellers,
Namaste From Hitesh! Readers really liked the source of conviction post. Thanks for being a regular reader. Today I am going to deal with the most often asked question – Why I am suffering losses? Is it due to my luck / my Karma or due to some other factor? It is always easy to find out some reason for your failure and blame it. It is most difficult to find out the TRUTH. Today I am going to deal with a Story of Folk Hero William Tell a fine archer, who liberated Switzerland from the ruler DUKE GESSLER in the year 1301. If you understand this – you will get your answer.
Story: -
William Tell was a fine archer cum farmer staying in the mountains of Switzerland. He was BRAVE and Confident. Once he came to the town for shopping his needs with his little son. He saw a Hate was kept on the Pole in the Market and all the people were bowing down before proceeding further. He inquired about this strange ritual and found out that this was mandated by the ruler DUKE GESSLER for all the citizens.
He did not like the idea and he passed the POLE without bowing down and move ahead.
Police of DUKE GESSLER caught him and took him to the DUKE. He asked what I have done that your police have arrested me?
The DUKE replied – “You are not arrested because you did something. You are arrested because you did not do something”.
Read the above reply as many times as you can.
What is my understanding of your losses?
You are not having losses because you did BAD KARMA, you are having losses because you did not do GOOD KARMA that is the most essential for investment success.
Most guys who come to the market have two things – Money and desire to make more money out of that money.
1.    They are already successful in their area that is the reason they have spare money for investments.
2.    Since they are already successful, they assume they can do investments also and they will be successful in that. They easily forget that their current success in their field is the result of their hard work/education and a lot of patience and persistence.
3.    In their arrogance or false self-confidence of success in their field – they assume that they don’t need the support of any MENTOR / COACH or CONSULTANT in their investment venture.
4.    Media guys give them FREE TIPS and they try it and sometimes they make good money also. Thanks to this experience – their possibility to learn the fine art of investments becomes ZERO.
5.    Many Brokerage houses gives them RM and that RM’s goal is to generate the MAXIMUM BROKERAGE for the FIRM. This RM keeps on giving them FREE TIPS. They keep on TRADING on these FREE TIPS and one day they find that their account has ZERO or MINUS BALANCE.
What is my understanding of Investment as a Field?
Investments and Trading is the most difficult profession you can ever assume when compared to any other profession/job or business or industry.
You don’t know who is your opponent in the game since trading is done online. We don’t know the hidden forces acting behind the SCREEN. We don’t know - What they are thinking / what is their goal or what is their type.
Apple is manufacturing and selling mobile but it knows how many players are there? What technology they are using? and What could be their next step? But in investments – it is not possible to have accurate answers of the above questions. We need to have a lot of educated guesses and readiness to test our hypothesis.
In any field, there are steps to be followed. Many times, an investor takes the right steps unconsciously and get the good profit and this makes him believe that he knows the investments.
My focus is on taking the right steps with 100% awareness whether I get the results or not. Since I am aware from the START – I have the control to change the game to the tunes of the market or change in the market situations. This step requires an attitude of SADHAK going on the spiritual journey.
My experience is that I have always ended up making tons of money when I took the above step sooner or later.
What NEXT?
You don’t suffer due to BAD KARMA. If at all you come to know about your BAD KARMA – you can’t UNDO them or DELETE them NOW. You need to take a drastic and massive action towards doing GOOD KAMRA to make profits.
If you want to make tons of money – I welcome you to master the fine art of investments under our mentorship.
Wish you all a HAPPY WEEK AHEAD.
