Greetings from Hitesh! Our last post has been super hit
with our readers and it has become the most forwarded one so far. Thanks for
the same. Media is busy with PANAMA PAPERS and we are being told that there are
some 500 Indian names in the same!!
I am going to deal with something BEHIND the SCENE, which
NO MEDIA guys is telling us. Let me share some facts with you.
What is PANAMA PAPERS?
The Panama
Papers[2] are a leaked set of 11.5 million confidential
documents that provide detailed information about more than 214,000 offshore companies listed by the Panamanian corporate service
provider Mossack Fonseca, including the identities of shareholders and
directors of the companies. The documents show how wealthy public officials
hide their money and identify current government leaders from five countries – Argentina, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine,
and the United Arab Emirates – as well as government officials, close
relatives, and close associates of various heads of government of more than 40
other countries, including Brazil, China, Peru, France, India, Malaysia,
Mexico, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Syria, and the United
Kingdom.[1] On April 5, 2016, two days after the initial media
coverage of the scandal, the Prime Minister of Iceland, Sigmundur
DavÃð Gunnlaugsson, resigned.[3]
As per WIKIPEDIA there are about 40 countries people who
have done investments in or through PANAMA companies.
What I don’t
understand from the above?
1. Why persons from
countries where there is NO TAX – should invest in TAX HEAVENS? Say SAUDI and UAE.
2. Where is the ultimate
destination of money routed through PANAMA companies?
3. Surprisingly, there is
NO NAME of USA persons where the most BILLIONAIRES of the WORLD reside?
4. Who manages TAX heaven
security and their sovereignty related issues. Most TAX heavens are not that
much strong military wise.
5. Why all the countries
have a particular TAX SYSTEM so most of the WEALTHY guys have to look out for
such TAX HEAVENS to save their WEALTH? A 2012 report
from the Tax Justice
Network estimated that between USD $21 trillion and $32 trillion is
sheltered from taxes in unreported tax havens worldwide.[8] If such wealth earns 3% annually and such capital gains were taxed at 30%, it would generate between $190
billion and $280 billion in tax revenues, more than any other tax shelter.[
6. Who has originally
promoted the IDEA of TAX HEAVEN?
You can add many more questions to the above lists. Nobody
is talking about such issues. It’s like having a BROTHEL in your TOWN. Rather
then removing the same – MEDIA is busy PUBLISHING the names of the VISITORS!!
The system is created in such a way that people are motivated
to go to BROTHEL. My whole focus is on this point – who created such a system
and who is managing such a system?
The UNIQUE thing in
PANAMA:-
You see persons of all RELIGIONS / ENEMY COUNTRIES LEADERS
/ PERSONS of DIFFERENT IDEOLOGIES at the TOP LEVELS all are meeting in PANAMA.
They have no PROBLEM in MINGLING with EACH OTHER. They have one CONSUTLTANT
only - Mossack Fonseca.
We are fighting for religions / cross border issues /
political issues and many such issues.
What are the ANSWERS?
Frankly I don’t have answers for any of the above
questions. I am not interested in finding answers also. Deep down I have
realized the TRUTH that there are two standards – one which you are being ASKED
to follow and other which are followed by the ones who is asking you to follow
this kind of STARNDARDS.
As long as you remain busy in your DAILY routine – you
will have not time to think about such issues and it is better you do not think
about them. Just try to come out of your BREAD winning priorities and things
will start opening up for you.
