Your Prayers / Your Abuses and Your Investments – Weekend Read.

Today I am going to talk about the way people do their prayers.
Languages of Prayers:-
Most people start their day with the prayers. It is the best thing to do. However, the uniqueness of their prayers lies in the language of their prayers.
Most Hindu prayers are in Sanskrit. Most Jain prayers are also in Prakrit (kind of Sanskrit) or Magdhi language. Muslims do their prayers in Arabic. Catholics do their prayers in Latin. Buddhist prayers are done in PALI or Sanskrit.
The funny thing about this is that not a single language is Mother Tongue of most of the persons doing prayers!! I have personally no problem with your prayers or the way you do your prayers. It’s matter between you and your GOD. But I have some observations to share.
Do You Know The Language You Pray In?
How many of you know the language you pray in? Knowing the prayers by heart and knowing the language of that prayer and understanding the meaning of each word you pray are two different aspects. Moreover, those who understand the meanings also – they translate the meaning in their mother tongue and understand!! It means their prayers always remain a foreign to them and do not become an insider!!
My issue is with this aspect of your prayer. Let me take this further.
Your Abuses:-
How many of you use foreign languages while you abuse? It is always in your mother tongue or your second language. You do not have to think about them/ remember them or translate them!! It just happens. It is your nature. Since it is part of your nature – after abusing you feel satisfied and relaxed within! You feel lot of energy within when you abuse. Am I right? You do not get this satisfaction/energy after your prayers. How come? Let me deal with PRAYERS NOW.
What is Prayer?
My understanding of prayer is simple. There is a GOD in everybody. However, our current level of understanding does not allow us to see HIM. So, we keep the GOD in IDOL form in front of us and we do prayers to HIM. In this way the prayer is not for HIM, but for us. We are awakening the GOD within us!!
However, when you do your prayers in above languages – which you do not fully understand or you assume you understand but do not understand in reality – your Prayers do not lead you to connect with yourself (being an outsider!!). When you do not connect with yourself – you do not get the results of the prayers.
Let me share an example – say I am doing a Vishnu Puja with Vishnu Shastranam (1000 names) and I am chanting his names one after another. At the end of the Strotra, they have promised excellent results if you do it regularly. What normal guys don’t understand is the missing link. These 1000 names are 1000 qualities and if you do it by understanding its meaning – slowly and gradually the Vishnu in you will PICK up them and start developing you subconsciously.
When these 1000 qualities or part of them are absorbed by you (the way ABUSES are absorbed by you) – you start getting magical results in your life. This is my simple understanding.
However, 99% of the guys are not getting these results as they are not connected with themselves all because of the language and doing it as just ritual. They blame their luck or bad karma’s of past for not getting the results – but the fact is they are not connected with themselves.
How Does This Affect Your Investment Behaviour?
Success of prayer is dependent on connecting with SELF, Same way success of Investment is dependent on connecting with the market(Market is a Collective SELF). When you are not connected with your SELF – you will not be connected with anybody. If you do not love yourself – you can’t love anybody. It is as simple as it is.
When you are not connected – you will get carried away by market mood swings. You will feel pessimistic with market going down and optimistic with market going up. The reality is that you do not have your own understanding of the market!! Moreover, when market goes pessimistic – you do not always lose and when market goes optimistic – you do not always make money!!
Now, rather than working on that – many guys find short cuts with developing relationship with influential persons / following media experts etc, etc. This may or may not lead to success but one thing is 100% sure – it will never lead to satisfaction. Happiness is outcome of inner satisfaction!! When you are satisfied within – it reflects in your life and investment. You enjoy whatever you get!!
What is My Personal Call?
All our focus is on TRUTH and only TRUTH. Be Truthful to yourself.
The way to follow TRUTH is to BE AWARE of WHAT YOU DO. Easiest way to go near to TRUTH is to be more and more aware towards your daily routine. If you become aware from within – What is worth doing will be done and what is worth leaving will be left, automatically. There will not be a DOER in you. When no DOES exist – no expectations of results will come. LORD Krishna called this as a KARMA YOG in GITA. The TRICK is to remove the DOER and not the Results. Most guys waste their lifetime in removing the results without removing themselves!! They fail 100%.
Those who are reading our post with AWARNESS – they know about our Track Record and our holistic approach towards life and investments. They just join us. We do not have to spend time in convincing them or retaining them with us. They just like to be with us.
