Greetings from Hitesh! Many thanks for appreciating our last two posts - Doing Investments has Interesting Similarities with Worshipping God for Normal Guys. Today I am going to deal with the commonalities between above three.
Commonalities:-
All have their names starting with “N”. They all are getting negative attentions at the current moment. They all are criticised for their role in their routine.
They all are facing these situations because of their ARROGANCE. In spite of doing many things right – their ARROGANCE is causing them a down fall in IMAGE / Business.
How Normal Investors also Loses more because of ARROGANCE?
When you take a position in market and it goes in loss – market is not wrong. YOU ARE WRONG. Normal investors miss this simple understanding while investing. The simple thing to do at this time is to STOP LOSS.
Rather than doing this - in their enthusiasm to prove that market is WORNG – they go all out and trade double/triple only to see that they have lost their last SHIRT!!
My Personal Call:-
Market and Voters stands for Collective EGO / Collective Intelligence. Any time they are better than INDIVIDUAL EGO/INTELLIGENCE. You may beat them in short term but in the long term they will overpower you!!
Best thing is to accept your mistakes when you are wrong. They will appreciate and give you a chance to TRADE the next day.
