The Smartest Strategy to Beat the ALGOS / AI / HFT and other Technologically superior players

Namaste! Online trading platforms are the in-thing in the market. Everybody is trading at the touch of the button on their mobile. Many platforms are providing Algo inputs to their client free of cost. Many smart investors have bought their own computers and smart trading software personal trading. 

Ultimate Goal of all Investors: - 

All wants to make money at the speed of thought. They want to make tons of money by hook or crook. Western Management have given importance to the SPEED while measuring the performance. According to them – those who double the money in one year are successful compared to those who are making 

it in 3 years. 

What happens when there is a HYPE for Making money with speed? 

There is a heavy competition among traders for making money NOW. When there is a competition – the most advanced and the most smartest will make money. Here also 80:20 rule will be applicable. 80% of the traders will make 20% of the money and 20% of the traders will make 80% of the money. Whatever strategy you are applying to make money – others are also using the same. So, the results will get neutralised over a period of time. 

Where to focus in such a scenario?

Most of the Algo models are set with DRAW DOWN. It means it the ALGO is set to earn 18% return – the DRWA DOWN is set at 9%. ( Just an example). It means if ALGO works – you can make 18% return and if it fails you lose maximum 9%. 

But the focus is on EARNING MONEY only. 

I would recommend a 100% opposite of the same. Focus on how not to lose money? Find out all the reasons due to which the investment made by you may give you losses. If you have listed the reasons before investing and if you can avoid them – you will not have LOSSES in your investing. 

When you are not having losses – it means you are having your capital intact in the first place. Since you have done the REVERSE of the 90% of the investors in the market – you have very less competition. Less competition means more probabilities of your investment giving super returns to you. 

This is a simple and the most effective strategy to win all the smartest of the 

smart investor. 

Why 90% of the investors are not ready to follow such a simple strategy?  

Jesse Livermore, my favourite trader of the early 20^th Century -  had said “The game of speculation is the most uniformly fascinating game in the world. But it is not a game for the stupid, the mentally lazy, the person of inferior emotional balance, or  the get-rich-quick adventurer. They will die poor.”

 

The KEYWORDS in the above are - stupid, the mentally lazy, the person of inferior emotional balance, or the get-rich-quick adventurer.

What NEXT? 

Human brains are created by NATURE. All other technology are created by HUMAN BRAINS. However, SMART they may be – there is no parallel of Natural human mind. Apply it wisely and you will see the fruits of the same in terms of WEALTH CREATIONS.
