Decoding Nifty Future Move from 8157 to 8750 – Read the Secret Recipe of Making Money

Greetings from Hitesh! What a response to my last post on “Eklavya V/s. Arjun – The Unexplained Secrets”. Till now we have dealt with ARJUN / KARNA / BHIM / KRISHNA and DURYODHAN. This was the first time we dealt with EKLAVYA and ARJUN. It is a must read for all investors. If you have missed – do read it.

Today, I am going to deal with the secret of Nifty Future move and how you can make money out of it.

How Nifty Futures moved in last year?

From January 2014 to January 2015 – Nifty Future has moved from around 6000 to 8740 (while I am writing this post).  I have observed a unique feature of the move. During 2014, Nifty used to move in the range of 200 points to 400 points in a month. However, in the recent month it has given a gap of 600 points!! Just see from 8157 on 6^th January to till now it has made 8750!!

What it means for you?

If you trade in Nifty Future say just 100 units – you can make as much as Rs.60000(100 units X 600 points move). For 100 unites of Nifty, you need to invest Rs.200000 lacs as a margin. On Rs.2 lakh, if you can earn Rs.60000, a profit of 30% per month!! You do not need to be an expert to do this!! You only need a judgement of buy or sell only!!

The better way is to play in Options and Futures. We have been buying 8500 call options of Nifty between Rs.30 to Rs.60 and it made Rs.270 now. If you invest in say 1000 units of Options you invest Rs.60000 (at Rs.60 per unit) and you end up making Rs.210000(Rs.270000-Rs.60000), more than 300% plus return.

The beauty of Options is your loss is limited to the amount you invested and gain is unlimited. In the above example your investment was just Rs.60000. The maximum loss you can make is Rs.60000!! You can limit your loss by following STOP LOSS.

What is the Opportunity?

Whether market goes up or goes down – if you use commonsense and take little risk – you can make tons of money every month of the year.
