Hitesh Parikh’s Call on Market in 2015

Greetings from Hitesh! It has been our regular practice to talk about the coming year in the last week of December every year. All our year end calls are the best testimonials of our skill set & our understanding of the market. You can read the same from 2009 to till 2014 and confirm the truth yourself. Now let me deal with 2015.

Let me deal with YOU first. If you have not been able to make tonnes of money in last 5 years – it could be due to lack of focus on these four 

words.

Sankalp(Will):-

In Sanskrit they have said – “Sankalpen hi Siddhaynti, Karyani Na Manorathe. Nahi Suptashya Sinhashay, Praveshanti Mukhe Mrugaha.”

The literal meaning of the same is – Will will get you success and not wishful thinking. Goats will not enter into the mouth of Sleeping Lion!!

The most important factor for missing the opportunities in life is lack of Will Power or mistaking wishful thinking as Will Power!!

Sahas(Courage):-

Warren Buffett always says – “Courage with Cash will make you king in Crisis”

Many of you are having tons of cash!! How many of you took advantage of falls in the market!! How many of you used the commonsense – that while somebody is selling like there is no tomorrow – there was a smart buyer buying all the shares he can!! In the recent past on 17^th October, we had given a bold call to buy and Nifty moved up from 7750 to 8600 in a month’s time!!

If you have no courage – your WILL will never take you to the heaps of wealth.

Sayyam(conservation):-

I would quote 69^th Sloka of Chapter 2 of Shrimad Bhaghwat Geeta.

“Ya nisha sarva bhutanam tasyam jagartim samyami

Tasyam jagarti bhutani sa nisha pashyatah muneh”

The literal meaning of the same is ….What is night for all beings, in it the controlled being is awake; when all beings are awake, that is night to the sage who sees.

If you have WILL and Courage but if you are not alert to the opportunities – you will miss the opportunities.

Mr.Buffett always says – I like pessimism – not because I am pessimistic – but pessimism creates the situations to buy the stocks we like the most at the prices we would love to pay.”

Siddhi (Success):-

What is success for you? If you have not decided the definition of your success – you will always feel unhappy with whatever you have!! So, decide clearly what you want from life and investments.

Another aspect of Success is how badly you want it? If you do not want to be successful – SANKALP / SAHAS and SAYYAM will be useless!!

Many guys tell me – “I knew market will go up or this stock will go up......but I have not bought!!

So, unless you want to be successful – market or Hitesh Parikh can’t do anything for you.

What Next?

Please ask – do you have SANKALP / SAHAS / SAYYAM and Hunger for success? If you do not have any of the four elements –  you will repeat the actions of the past – waiting for miracles to happen.

These four qualities are the four pillars of your life and investment success. You need all of them to stand tall!!
