Namaste! Market is seeing one side FII buying as predicted. I am really happy with the feedback where the readers have taken actions and made the money. Before I started my career in 1992, I had done survey as part of my MBA assignments. I asked the simple question to the people at that time  – Do you want to make tons of money? Everybody said Yes. But then I looked at the statistics and found that everybody wants to make the money but nobody is RICH. I did the research and here is the findings of the same. 

PYAS: - 

Having a vague desire to make money is one thing and having a serious goal or purpose of making money are two different things. Everybody wants to become RAKESH or BUFFETT but nobody is ready to master the skillsets and prepare to fulfil their desire. 

I remember an incidence when a train stoped and two persons sitting on the window called the boy who was selling the water. The one passenger asked give me a water and the boy gave the glass. The other passenger asked what is the price of the glass of water. The little boy said you are not THIRSTY Sir. The second passenger felt insulted and shocked with the remarks of the boy. He said how do you know that I am not  Thirsty? The little boy said simple – if you were thirsty you would have asked for a GLASS of WATER and not the PRICE of GLASS of WATER? 

If you are not successful in your life or if you are still struggling with your job / business / profession or investments – just check your PYAS with respect to the above example. I am sure you will find out the right answer for your current situations 

PRAYAS: - 

If you have a genuine PYAS – you will surely take efforts without any second thoughts. The problem comes when the EFFORTS are not taken with 100% of your inner honesty. Over the years – I have seen many people are not genuine from within when they are doing something. They lack the single minded commitment towards their efforts. 

PRAYAS is the main step towards the fulfilment of your GOALS. 

In GITA – it is said that you should act holistically in all the five areas – your VAASTU / YOURSELF / YOUR RESOURCES / YOUR ABILITIES TO USE YOUR RESOURCES and your BHGYA. 

When your efforts cover all the 5 areas – you are done with your role towards your goal. Your job is over. 

Most MBA focuses on the middle 3 areas only. They miss the 1^st and the last factor of PRAYAS. So, their PRAYAS is half hearted or incomplete. 

PRARTHNA: - 

Once PRYAS is done in all the area – your JOB is over. Just PRAY to the existence and it will decide your reward based on your efforts and your honesty for your efforts. 

Existence always reward your feelings while you are taking your efforts rather than only Efforts. So, You can’t cheat the existence or the market. 

Prarthna is your submission to the GOD that you have done the BEST within your limits and now HIS time starts. 

Those who are not having PAYS and ready to take PRAYAS - spends lot of time in PRSRTHANA. Nothing will come. Don't be in ILLUSION. 

PRATIKSHA: -

Waiting. Waiting and Waiting. In the time of 2 minutes noodles – waiting is considered as a taboo. People are not ready to wait. They want NOW or INSTANT. 

Buffett has always made a joke on this kind of people – he had said – “you can’t have a baby in a month by making 9 women pregnant but you have a baby in 9 months by making one woman pregnant”. Those who are parents – know this process but they miss this when they come to the market.  

I remember doha of KABIR – “Dheere-Dheere Re Mana, Dheere Sab Kuchh Hoy, Maalee Seenche Sau Ghada, Rutu Aae Phal Hoy.”

Slowly and slowly everything will happen. Even if a gardener starts watering a tree with a hundred pots of water, the fruit will come only when the season comes!

PRATIKSHA  is a SURRENDER attitude. You need to do your work with 100% totality in all the above areas. The existence will reward you without fail. Just relax.

Most investors and people who wants instant results fail to understand this simple fact and they invite the frustration and heart burn. 

Willingly waiting is your way to tell your GOD that whatever is HIS timings, you are okay with it and you are grateful for the same.
