Namaste! The great scientist Albert Einstein had said – SIMPLE is GENIUS. This is the easiest way to know whether you are intelligent or genius. Mukesh Bhai is following the same in his life. Today all the newspapers carried the Bloomberg news that Mukesh Bhai is planning to adopt the SAM WALTON model for his succession.

What is SAM WALTON Model?

It is simple - keep family central but delegate management control. Mukesh Bhai has seen what he had to go through when his brother Anil wanted his share of the business. Today he has grown like anything but Anil Bhai has suffered badly.

The point is – the WEALTH which was created by FATHER did not remain with ANIL Bhai while Mukesh Bhai multiplied the same.

In the SAM WALTON model – the family is not involved in the management so the PERSONAL EGO clash will not come between ESHA / AKASH and ANANT.

This is the dialogue of the GURU movie. I see every investor wants to become a billionaire investor. There is nothing wrong with having a dream and wishes.

The point is are you ready to take the pain what the top guys are taking?

Are you ready to think, plan and implement in detail as the top guys do?

Do you have a team of specialists to guide you?

How smart are your team members?

How focused you are on your dream?

How PATIENT you are - once you decide and invest in any asset class of your choice?

Mukesh Bhai has MASTERED this thought process in his business.

GURU movie came in 2007. He started his first MAJOR venture in telecom in 2011. He invested and waited patiently for 6 years before launching it all over India. Today JIO is a profitable TELECOM company.

The same way he went into ORGANISED RETAIL and other businesses. All his businesses are of World Class levels and that’s the reason he could sell his shares to top USA corporates at premium prices during LOCKDOWN in 2020.

Now his team is working on the SOLAR plant and that is also at the WORLD CLASS levels.

The point is – whatever he is doing he is thinking like DHIRUBHAI – KAR LO DUNIYA MUTHI MAIN.

This may be motivating to read but this is the most difficult in implementing and that’s why we have just two top persons in India – ADANI and AMBANI.

Thinking HOLISTICALLY and implementing the same – both are very different things. Mukesh Bhai has mastered the same.

Importance of ROLE MODEL: -

Whatever you are doing – whatever is your dream – it will become easy to achieve – if you have some role model. Just find out what your role model did in his life in his situations. Try to learn from them and inculcate your thinking process like that. You will never be able to copy your role model as the situations are always different. But the ATTITUDE and THOUGHT process of all top guys are always the same.

The best way to LEARN from your ROLE MODEL is to read their biographies, if available. If not, read about their lives as much as you can find – in books or online.

Mukesh Bhai is learning the best practices from the other billionaires and he is following in his own situations. If he has no ego in learning from others –  why should we have?

God has given BRAINS to each of us and everybody is unique and smart in his own way. The best way to grow is to learn from your fellow travelers and grow on your way to the top.
