Our view on the Horoscope of Reliance Industries Ltd.

Dear Fellow Travellers,

Greetings from Hitesh! Reliance right issue is going on and people are eager to know what will happen to reliance going forward. People are using various methods. I am using my method. Before that let me give you some background.

As per Wikipedia  - In 1966, Reliance Textiles Engineers Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Maharashtra. It established a synthetic fabrics mill in the same year at Naroda in Gujarat.^[16] On 8 May 1973, it became Reliance Industries Limited

For my calculation I have taken Birthday of Reliance Industry as 8^th May 1973. Normally, registration happens after 11am, so, I have taken 11am as the time. Place as Mumbai. I have compared the eventology of the company and I feel that the events tally with my horoscope details.

This is one of the most interesting horoscopes. The root of the reliance progress can be seen from this.

Fast and Furious Progress: -

It has KARK Lagna with Moon sitting in it. This is a combination of GREED with speed. Look at the long track record of the company. It is always FAST in picking up the opportunities and executing its project to the minutest details. The sign of KARK is CRAB. The way CRAB holds its prey with multiple legs – it has acquired multiple businesses and prepared its prey. To have 1000 subsidiary – on the name of Lord VISHNU, to have multiple and very difficult shareholding pattern or to do all the complex work – oil to chemicals or crude to petrochemicals - is the area of KARK Rashi. With the MOON in KARK – it has been exceedingly successful.

Exalted Sun in 10^th House: -

This is a very good sign. The company has earned a name in whatever it has done so far. Be it Largest Grassroot Petrochemical Project / Jio Mobile or Jio Fibre. You name it and it has been done at the WORLD Class Levels. It has been a chosen company of investors and FII. Today also it has 12-14% weightage in Nifty. It can move the market and it can bring down the market.

Exalted Sun in the 10^th house has earned the company the support of any government in the center. Many Government policies were supportive of the company’s growth.

Venus and Sani in 11^th house: -

This is a very auspicious combination. The company has earned billions due to this combination with ease. This combination has bestowed the company with the right contact at the right places. The company’s project has moved up fast due to that.

From 1973 to 1986 – the company was in SANI dasa. It has progressed very fast in the early years. It was successful in dealing with its competitions in those years. SANI gave tons of money in the early years and made the root of the company very strong.

Mercury in 10^th house: -

Many times, it becomes difficult to differentiate the promoter from a trader due to these combinations. It gives a strong trading sense to the promoters of the company. In one of the Annual Meeting when a shareholder complained that why the company is not giving a BONUS? Media had reported DHIRUBHAI saying – we give a bonus each year. He was referring to the share price movement of reliance in those days. If you have sold at the high of the year – chances of getting it at 60% was normal in those days.

Mercury Dasa earned a good and bad name from 1986 to 2002 for the company. A famous case was the conversion of the debenture to share. Since Mercury is lord of 3^rd house – house of communications – sitting in 10^th house, it has superb communication skills at all levels. Today it is a leading media company.

Rahu in 6^th house: -

It makes it merciless when dealing with its enemy. Look at the way the company does the business. Look at the recent past example of JIO Mobile. It has wiped out all the players from the market. The other two are in huge debt and legal issues and they will take time to become a real threat for the company at this juncture.

This is one of the most important winning combinations in favour of Reliance industry.

There is a famous story of meeting with DHIRUBHAI and Rajiv Gandhi. The company can go to any extent to make their goals reach.

Ketu in 12^th House: -

This has kept the company busy on LEAGL front from day one. A lot of many cases and a lot many issues have come in the life of the company so far.

Ketu Dasa started in 2002 and it ended in 2009. The company’s business got distributed among two brothers after a lot of issues in 2004/5. Media was busy during 2004-2005 reporting the issues from the house of AMBANI’s.

Post-split Reliance Shares moved to Rs.3000 in 2007 end.

Venus Dasa: -

From 2009, the company is passing through VENUS dasa. Venus is in the 11^th house. This is the most positive combination. The company has gone into Mobile / Retails / Media from 2009 onwards. During 2019, company has taken over many small and medium businesses and they are making a big web of companies to give a holistic touch to their business empire.

In the current months – it has got the investments from leading companies of the World as Jio’s partner. Currently RAHU anter dasa is going on in Venus dasa. Rahu is in the 6^th house. So, the company is trying to reduce the debt at present.

Jupiter: -

Jupiter is aspecting LAGNA / LAGNA LORD moon / 11^th house and 3^rd house. If you have read the BUFFETT HOROSCOPE – this is that kind of combination. Company has been saved miraculously from the difficulties or from enemies. Company has grown and made tons of money due to this aspect. Jupiter is 6^th and 9^th house lord. Jupiter is considered positive for KARK Lagna.

From 28^th May 2020 to 27^th January 2023, Jupiter antar dasha into Venus will start. Venus is Guru of Demon and Jupiter is Guru of Deva. Both being GURU – they don’t have amicable relationships with each other. As per the basic rule of ASTROLOGY – the dasa of Venus into Jupiter or Jupiter into Venus is not considered positive.

What NEXT?

I see partnership and execution related issues affecting the company going forward. Company may see a split into the business divisions going forward. Change in shareholding of promoters can also be seen in the coming 30 months.

How share prices will get affected due to the above events?

Most would have read this blog only to know about the share prices moving up or doing down. I have a learning for them. Share price is a function of many issues simultaneously working at the same time. Currently, many businesses are locked and you see share prices are moving up!! Many companies are working and their shares are going down. So, life and share prices do not always move as per apparent logic and in a straight line.
