Is MODI a MONK – who made EVERYONE sell their FERRARI?

Greetings from Hitesh! What's app message showing MODI's photo in MEDITATION moves to say a MONK how sold everyone's FERRARI. Is it a FACT?

Way back I did a survey of the people asked them to give number 1 / 2 or 3 to the following priorities. To Be Secure / To Be Comfortable and To Be Rich



To my surprise, 90% of the guys gave me following as their priorities.



1.  To Be Secure.

2.  To Be Comfortable.

3. To Be Rich.



They want the security of their JOB/INCOME first. If that is MET, and by a stroke of LUCK they can enjoy the other two – they are okay.



What is happening in the WORLD since 1995?



In 1995 – URANUS entered in ZODIAC sign AQUARIUS. It remains in any sign for 7 years. Around this time the MOBILE was introduced in INDIA. Now read -what it means to have URANUS in AQUARIUS.

The world is not the same since 1995: -



There are talks about MODI bringing BAD DAYS instead of ACCHE DIN. Some people have no business but to blame the government. They are the 1st CATEGORY of people. They want SECURITY in everything they do. They want GUARANTEED RETURNS / SECURE JOBS / PEACEFUL RETIREMENT LIFE and things like that. They hate changes.



If you see the FACTS – they are as under.



1.  Car sales are going down but Ola / Uber are rising.

Let me share two other examples while MARUTI and TATA MOTOR are going down in SALES and PROFITS.



MG Hector Car Bookings close sold out for 2019 with over 21,000 Bookings. Price for One Car is approximately rs 12,00,000/- And Indian People Booked Their Whole Year Production Capacity.



Kia Seltos Car SUV Records 6,046 Bookings in 1 Day, Averages Over 250 Bookings Per Hour.



2. Restaurants are going empty but home delivery is rising.

3.  Tuition classes are not getting students but online studying is rising.

4.  Traders are struggling but online market sites and reference-based direct selling are breaking all records in sales.

5.  Old commission-based businesses are sniveling but online services, at low cost, are finding takers.

6.  Cell phone bills have reduced & internet penetration is increasing.

7.  Stable (read "Govt Jobs") are dwindling but "Startup" jobs offering equity & Flexi work time are expanding.

8.  Working 40 hrs a week for 40 years is the trend of the past. Working for a few years and spending quality time in contributing to society is the trend.

 
What is MUKESH BHAI doing?



He is back to the GROUND and he is working on new businesses. He has bought close to 20 small companies to increase his Digital Foot Print. He didn’t waste time blaming MODI or Government Policies. If MUKESH Bhai has to CHANGE – who are we?



What about MESS in NBFC and BANKS?



When Business Models are changing – the loan given to old business models will not come back and this is normal in any cycle. I know some VESTED interest guys would have made a killing by taking loans and not paying them. But the GOVERNMENT is taking care of these issues.



It means MODI is NOT responsible for fulfilling his promise of ACCHE DIN?



Will MUKESH BHAI who has invested heavily in JIO and now enjoying the FRUITS of the same is not passing through ACCHE DIN?



Carmakers like MG HECTOR and KIA are not having a GALA TIME?



AMAZON / FLIPKART is not having a GALA TIME?



OYO / ZOMATO / SWIGGY are not having a GALA TIME?



The point is – those who are complaining are not READY TO SEE The changes before they happen / they are not ready to change even when the CHANGE has become the reality. All they want is everything on PLATTER. For them, Acche din will be an ILLUSION.



What is my OBSERVATION?



I talked about the SURVEY in the initial phase of the BLOG. The results say – most people are not READY TO DREAM BIG AND FAIL. They want only SUCCESS and that TOO SURE SHOT. When your GOAL is to meet your NEED only – you will not take interest in CHANGING yourself. When you are not ready to CHANGE – you have to keep up with whatever REMAINS after people like MUKESH BHAI / FLIPKART / ZOMATO has taken. They will take away 90% of the business. So, in the remaining 10% which is left - 90% of the people will have to adjust. Naturally, they will feel the pinch.
