New Financial Services Company – M/s. Narendra D Modi & Co
Greetings from Hitesh! Thanks for appreciating my last post on MARKET. I am happy with your feedback and it gives me a chance to understand your needs in a better way. Today I am going to deal with the new kid on the blog – M/s. Narendra D Modi & Co. Why? Let us see what this company is offering.
Bank Accounts + Insurance + Personal Accident Insurance:-
As per the data available – as on 15th May, the company has opened close to 15 Crs new bank account, highest in such a short time in The WORLD. It has given life insurance of Rs.2 lakh each to every individual for just Rs.330! Various estimates say that they would have got close to 1.7 Cr members so far.
Now they are working to link HEALTH CARE with Saving accounts to make it more easy to reach and make it more affordable to normal guys.
What are BANKS and INSURANCE Company Doing?
There are N number of banks – public/private/co-operative/scheduled and other banks in India. I am sure they would not have been so successful in opening so many account in such a short time. What Mr.Modi has done a very commonsense step covering the masses?
My Questions is - How come banks could not do it in so many years? Were they waiting for MODI?
If my memory is correct – LIC was offering a group life term insurance scheme at just Rs.350 per person for Rs.2 to Rs.3 lakhs of sum assured. Mr.Modi has done the same thing. He is offering Rs.2 lakh life insurance for Rs.330. Not much difference.
My Question is - How come LIC and other Insurance companies could not do it?
What is the reason for not doing?
There can be N number of reasons for BANKS and Insurance companies not offering their services and products to MASSES. The point I want to discuss today is - if at all they wanted to offer – (Like LIC had the scheme) – would they have been successful the same way Mr.Modi is?
ANSWER Is BIG – NO. Why? Let me deal with that.
Let me deal with MR.MODI.
This has been not done by Mr.Modi as an individual or CM of Gujarat. It has been done by Mr.Modi as a PM of India.
In our 16 May 2015 article – “The Most Comprehensive Formula of Success – Secrets of our Success and Happiness” – we had said that first factor of becoming successful is your PLACE/Position/your being. It is his position of PM – that has made things possible what he has done now. He would also have been 100% failure had he not been at the position of PM!!
What is the Point I am driving at?
Most motivation GURU and success coaches talks about – if one can do it – you can also do it. You also have brain / two hands / two legs etc etc.,
Normal guy believes this partial truth and the problem starts in his life. His neighbour son got 95%, he tells his son to better him. Looking at neighbour’s big CAR – your family wants you also to go for the same and things like that.
Everywhere the logic is simple – if he can do it – why can’t you?
This is the main cause of your frustration/ failure to connect with yourself and self doubt on your abilities.
This is a sure shot recipe of further failure –
What is the Way Out?
What LORD Krishna had said in Geeta – Zig Ziglar had said in plain terms – “YOU HAVE TO BE BEFORE YOU GET”. He is talking about the place / positions and being only!!
Unless you reach to that – you can’t do what your friends or neighbours are doing!!
You can’t become successful and happy by earning more money or position. But....
If you become Successful and happy first – Money and other things will follow.
NORMAL Investors V/s. Warren Buffett:-
If the prices go up – normal investors think company is good / consultant is good/ market is good.
Mr.Buffett says – if the company is good – price will move up sooner or later. Once your fundamentals are right – you need patience/patience and patience.
Normal Individual V/s. REAL SAINTS:-
Normal individual thinks that they can achieve MOKSHA/ SWARG/Kaiwal GYAN/ Mukti etc etc by following certain VIDHI / certain FASTING or something like that.
The TRUTH is – if you get MOKSHA first – whatever you do will become VIDHI!!
All VIDHI’s are done to change your being and not to get you success!! Once you change your being (your physical and mental place/position) you will naturally go to next step to SUCCESS and HAPPINESS.
What is my call?
The purpose of this article was to bring home the point that you should BE first before you GET anything in your life.
The secret is to know your BEING first. Once you know it – you have the choice to change it or improve it. You need to change your being FASTER and more often – for your success and success multiplications.

tell yourself – YOU CAN DO IT ALSO? Start doing it.
