Why We Always Say…Market Is God.
Greetings from Hitesh! Hope you are enjoying the life….I am extremely happy with the responses I received for my last article…. “Fighting, Winning and Living.”
Everybody agreed that they love to win without fighting so that they get the quality time to LIVE. Thanks once again for being my regular reader.
While I am writing this article….last week market has closed down after a non stop rally of 7 weeks….many of you have requested to know our views on market….here it goes.
What Happened During Last 7 Weeks?
Sensex went up from 15300 to 18800….3500 points….and Nifty from 4600 to 5600….1000 points. Most of the normal investors, who were skeptical, pessimistic, closed minded, indecisive, fearful…did not participate in this rally till Nifty crossed 5300 levels. As soon as they came….market changed its mood. Now, as usual they are cursing their luck!!
What Happened In the 8th Week?
During the 8th week….market came down from 5600 to 5450….down by 2%. Media analysts are terming this fall as Correction, Profit booking, Response to increasing oil prices, Inflation, warlike situations, Europe issues…..etc., etc. They have mixed up everything…to create the most pessimistic scenario….and the irony is that…normal investors are not ready to change their habits of following media!!
What is The Reality?
In short to medium term…market runs on Perception….and not on Fundamentals. You got married assuming that your would be spouse will be your dream boy or girl….after honeymoon you would have started realizing the fundamental factors. So, the secret of operating in the market and life is…..
1. Expect the event before they happen (We had asked our subscribers to sell at 5600!!)
2. Take appropriate action before the expected event happens.
3. Book profit when event happens.
But…where does the GOD come into the picture….
God and Market:-
If you accept your fault, if you are ready for punishments and if you are ready to change your future behaviour…God is kind enough to forgive you for all your misdeeds.
Market is also like GOD….know your mistakes, accept the punishments for missed opportunities (Curse yourself – then only you will change), change your investing style and market will always gives you new and new opportunities. This fall can be a good opportunity to correct your mistake.
My Personal Call:-
If you want to make serious money and have a vision till 2014…..this fall and all coming falls till 2014 can be a good accumulating opportunity for you.
If you want to trade, trade with levels only.
