RAHUL GANDHI’s Strategy to win next PARLIAMENT Election V/s. Small investors way to recover their loss

Greeting from Hitesh! Our post on RAHU moving to MITHUN was the best circulated and we have got applause for the same. Thanks a ton for becoming my regular reader. Most investors have lost their money in recent times and they are eager to cover their loss. Knowingly or Unknowingly, they are focusing on RAHUL GANDHI to recover their loss. Let us see if there is merit in the same.

What is RAHUL GANDHI doing?

He assumes that he is the heir apparent to the PM post and he should be given the post. So, when Congress lost the 2014 election, he got hurt emotionally. He also went to some secret rehab centre as per media reports during that time. Congress suffered more thanks to the anti-corruption policies of MODI. What’s more, what Congress could not do in the last 55 years, this guy did it in 55 months. It became a pain in the head for RAHUL to stop this guy from gaining further power ahead of 2019 election.

He focused all his energy to find out faults with MODI and make it a MEDIA event. He travelled all corners of the INDIA and many countries to talk bad about MODI. He joined another likeminded people and made a MAHA GHATHBANDHAN to fight MODI.

What NORMAL investor does when he suffers loss?

He goes mad at MARKET. He sees the market as the ENEMY. He makes it a goal to cover his losses from the MARKET. All his focus goes towards covering of losses from the MARKET. In the process, he goes to do networking with like-minded investors. He tries to find out some sure shot TIP to recover his losses at the fastest speed. Now he bets heavily in so-called sure shots and losses further amount.

Was RAHUL or SMALL Investor responsible for losses?

Rahul was not ACTIVE until 2014. All BAD decisions or bad governance was the results of past CONGRESS leaders. He could have started as a FRESH face of CONGRESS and pitched himself positively. He should have confessed the mistakes of his past leaders and promised to correct the same if he voted to the power.

The same way many times small investors are not responsible for their losses. Say MANAGEMENT takes the company for a ride like SATYAM or KINGFISHER or FIIs or MUTUAL fund sells stock to meet their redemption pressures. There can be many other reasons for the company shares going down. MARKET may not have anything to do with your losses. So, creating animosity towards the market and focusing fully to recover losses becomes a negative trait.

What happens due to the WRONG FOCUS?

Thanks to FOCUS on MODI, Rahul has forgotten the larger goal of making Indians happy or taking India to the new levels. He is not able to talk about any points which are related to India’s growth or betterment of Indian people. What’s more, he is making a team of people who are also against MODI. They have nothing better to talk except criticising MODI and his policies. All they are pitching is REMOVE MODI and your life will be easy. This is ridiculing.

The small investor comes to the market for a larger goal of WEALTH CREATION. But when he incurs a loss, he forgets his goal and focuses on recovering the losses. By recovering losses, you will not create new wealth.

It’s like you are learning driving and you are looking at the wall. Now, a wall is not coming into your way but since you are focusing on WALL, you end up hitting it. Same way small guys thinking too much about LOSS ends up making more and more loss.

How MODI and BUFFETT Play their game?

Time and again MODI says one thing only – “I am taking steps which I think will benefit LARGER POPULATION and I don’t care whether I am being re-elected or not.” With this attitude, he has achieved the completion of a lot of many PROJECTS which Congress could not do in 55 years.

Same way – BUFFETT while investing says one thing – “I am right because my analyses say so. I am not right because market agrees with me (i.e. prices move up) and I am not wrong because market disagrees with me (i.e. Prices move down).”

90% of the investors consider their investment decision right, only and only if prices move up after their purchase and price move down after their sells. They are very shallow thinkers and that’s why it’s easy to manipulate them. You can’t manipulate MODI or BUFFETT.

What NEXT?

While training for FORMULA 1 race, trainer asks the driver – “If you are caught in the spin while driving, don’t focus on SPIN, focus on how you will reach to your destination?”. I am sure, if you apply the above strategy, you will surely reach the destination of WEALTH CREATION.
