This is the most comprehensive formula in just 4 lines for happiness. The formula combines your – Physical activities with your Mind. Combines your Mind with Expressions (BHAV). When these three are joined the end results is always HAPPINESS.
How to apply the same in Investing?
Buffet is the most intelligent investors under the sun at this moment. He has applied the same in a beautiful way.
He always says – “Keep all your EGGS in one BASKET and keep an EYE on it.”
Now, normal investors have been brain washed with the other side of the story. They are asked to keep all eggs in different basket and forget about it. The underlined assumptions is that you don’t need to keep an eye as the average of all the EGGS will take care of your RETURN.
Now, when you don’t have an eye on your investments – naturally, you will not be involved emotionally with the same. When you are not emotional about your investments – how can you hold them for a long term without worrying about the return?
When you stop worrying about the return – I assure you – your investments will start giving you above average return or return more than your expectations.
How Middle Class follows this principle with respect to their KIDS?
What a normal middle class follows with respect to their kids, they forget to follow about their investments.
They will always keep an eye on their kids. They will always be concerned for their kids. They will not want more kids. Most of them now a days go for only one kid. They keep on investing in the kids – educations / life style expenditure and general living expenses. If their kids fail in one standard – they will again pay fees for the same standard again and make him repeat the same.
How many parents would be ready to stop the education of their kids – if kids fail in any standard?
If you don't stop your kids education when they fail or show below average performance - why do you stop investing more and more when your investments under-perform for a year or two?
They will keep on supporting their kid’s expenses because they are involved emotionally with their kids.
So, when their kids get success – they are the ones who become the happiest.
Why they fail to do the same thing with their investments?
What they are doing with their kids – is a normal accepted system of the society. So, they do it without any complaints. But when it comes to the investing – they fail because – the most intelligent investors are following it.
Normal investors follow the HEARD Mentality of SIP / Mutual Funds / Diversification and blah blah blah. They have taken birth to make the RICH people – Richer.
How to change your financial destiny in the year 2023 and beyond?
