What is the BEST MUHURAT for Business / Marriage / Investing / Travel or any other occasions?

Namaste! Our last post was thought-provoking. It is generally observed that most people prefer instructions rather than thinking. So, when it comes to thinking – they avoid it. It’s their choice. We are about to start MAHALAYA – PITRU PAKSH from tomorrow. Many people believe that it’s an inauspicious time for doing something good. Some people do not do something well ahead of HOLI or MAKAR SANKRANTI. What are the facts?

What is MUHURAT?

It’s a function of time. The muhurat is a time when the components of time – TITHI / LAGNA / DAY / YOG / NAKSHATRA / KARAN are most aligned to produce the auspicious effect of the RESULTS. For a NORMAL person – it’s an Auspicious Time.

Timings are the most important factor for success – particularly in Investments. But it’s one aspect of success.

As per Lord Krishna, there are 5 factors of success – Your VASTU – Yourself – Your Resources – Your Skills – Your Time. So, given the other 4 factors are also good and you take the action at the right time – you will succeed without fail.

In practice – normal people do not have the patience and mindset to think holistically about all the factors so they pick up the easiest one and that is time - muhurat.

How do NORMAL people BEHAVE in reality?

1.   Have you seen a person abusing someone or the government is asking for a Muhurat? He just starts abusing/criticizing or talking ill about somebody without asking for the Muhurat.

2.   If there is a PAIN in your CHEST or severe health issues – do you wait for the muhurat? You just go to the nearby hospitals and follow the command of the doctor.

3.   Look at all the CRIMES – most of the crimes are done at the spur of the moment and the criminals are so obsessed with their idea of the crime that he forgets about the results and legal repercussion if he is caught and just plunge into the doing.

4.   Most of the sufferers when they retaliate against the criminal/s they also do the same in SELF-DEFEENCE at the spur of the moment.

5.   In current times – Parents go to PUROHITS for MUHURAT as per the availability of the HALL for marriage or celebrating auspicious occasions. So, when they choose the Muhurat they have a lot of pre-defined conditions. So, they don’t choose the BEST Muhurat – they chose the best matching Muhurat to other things.

So, the fact is in most cases the MUHURAT is not followed at all. As seen yesterday – it’s information only.

The Intentions behind the MUHURAT: -

To get success. The idea is if his other factors are okay or not okay his results should be okay.

They are operating from GREED and FEAR when they follow muhurat.

Anything done with GREED to gain an unreasonable advantage or save yourself from LOSSES when you don’t deserve success is an ILLUSION. You can’t cheat the EXISTENCE.

Those who are assuring you that you can do that – are also to be blamed.

What is my view?

In our last post, we talked about what is beyond Information / Knowledge and Wisdom? Following Tradition or Muhurat is information only.

Beyond all of the above is your NATURE. Whatever is not supportive of your NATURE in the long term will not last long with you and your generations.

Following your NATURE is the biggest challenge in the PLEASE ALL SOCIAL atmosphere. So, people do all the things the SHOW OFF to society whether they like it or not or whether it is commensurate with their nature.

This is DISHONESTY with the SELF. When you are dishonest with the self – how an Auspicious MUHURAT can help you? There is no RIGHT WAY to do the WRONG THINGS.

What is the SPIRITUAL SIDE of the muhurat?

Muhurat for a TRUE SPIRITUAL person is a moment where he does something in the state of NO MIND. It means when the person is taking an action without the options of GREED and FEAR / WIN and LOOSE / RESPECT and DISRESPECT – he is aligning his with the EXISTENCE. When your actions are aligned with existence – whatever you do will give you the BEST results. I have no doubt about it.

To go beyond the mind is the biggest challenge for people so they found the shortcut of MUHURAT based on the time.

How to follow the above?

Know your NATURE or yourself in the best possible way. Till you are aware of yourself – you can’t decide about the next action plan.

We have bad precedence to know ourselves with the EXAM RESULTS / Performance appraisals/ Investment performance/ business performance or social status. This is outside judgment.

True self-knowledge can come by following any real Spiritual Master / Guru or through the science of Astrology.
