What happened after our posts?
JP
Morgan came with their research about the tsunami of funds coming to the stock
markets worldwide on Thursday 17th March.
17th
March was the first day when FIIs were net buyers for Rs.2800 Crs.
Today,
JEFFERIES is coming out with the research that they see FPIs may return to
India in spite of Oil prices remaining up and other issues.

How they will buy shares?
Thanks
to our DII buying one side – the market has not corrected that much. It means they
will have to buy the shares at higher prices. They have also suffered a
loss in DOLLAR conversion when they sold their shares and took money outside in
the last 6 months. Of course, they will get better conversion rates now. But,
NET – NET they have not much gain to buy
shares at these prices.
So,
some panic selling will be created with some news for the short term and they will accumulate
all the shares at little lower prices than the current prices.
If
you are a retail guy – add shares in this fall without worrying. Just see daily
FII buy figures is moving up or not?
