Gestalt images and Investor’s performance – must understand this concept

Dear Fellow Travelers,

Namaste! Reliance made a low of 1897/- today. When we asked at Rs. 2210/- nobody was talking about selling reliance. Investment success needs Vision and Guts to act on that. I can share Vision with all of you but you will make money based on your Guts only. This is one more testimonial for our accuracy and skillsets.

Most guys lack the Vision. Today we will talk about Gestalt Images to bring home the point.

 

 

 

There are three images in the above picture.

1.  It is a Stand of something if you look at the BLACK part. But If you look at the White part – there are faces of 2 persons.

2.  In the second image – you see TREE in the black part. But if you see the white part Gorilla and Lion are opposite each other.

3.  In the 3^rd image – you see a person in black part but in the white part, you see the face of a lady.

The lessons from the above: -

1.  At a time, you can see only one image. You can see a stand / tree or a person.

2.  If you pay little attention – you will be able to see the other images – faces of persons/animals or a lady.

3.  Though you know that both images are there – you can’t see both of them together.

How A NORMAL investor works in the market?

Either he gets carried away by TEJI or by MANDI. He has only one vision at a time. He can’t see two things as a whole and that is the chief reason for his failure or losses. They fail to see the following in totality. They see only one event at a time.

1.  When you see TEJI, MANDI is hidden behind and When you see MANDI, TEJI is hidden behind.

2.  When you see Losses, profits are hidden. When you see Profit, losses are hidden.

3.  When you see Birth, death is hidden. When you see Death, birth is hidden.

Because there is a distance between two events – we see them as separate events.

What is the point I am making?

Do you remember my favorite dialogue between ABBOTT and BRUCE LEE in the movie ENTER THE DRAGON? It was……

 

“The enemy has only images and illusions behind which he hides his true motives. Destroy the image and you will break the enemy.”

 

Market operates on the same principles. The market hides its true motives by creating an illusion. We just have to break that with Wisdom.

Wisdom is the only way to deal with the illusion. Wisdom can come only and only when you experience anything with a lot of awareness. You don’t need 30 years’ experiences for wisdom but you need 100% awareness in 1 years’ experiences.
