Promotor Holding in Reliance Ind increased by 6% from March 2019 to March 2020

Greetings from Hitesh! On 24^th January 2019, we had written our views on Mukesh Ambani’s Horoscope. With the grace of God and Blessings of my Guru, our reading is coming 100% TRUE for that post.

In that post, we had categorically predicted the following.

How do we see his coming time?

From August 2019, his JUPITER Dasa will start for 16 years. Jupiter is in swa-namansa and it is very auspicious for him. His growth engine will keep on getting fuel and he will keep on driving growth.

Since Jupiter is lord of 2nd – house of earning and 5^th – house of investments and speculation, earning will come through shares. There will be a split in reliance on business and value unlocking can come for MUKESH Bhai and Shareholders post-August 2019. There may be some new IPOs also.

What has HAPPENED since then?

1.  Promoter Holding has gone up from 47% in March 2019 to 50% in December 2020. As per 31^st March 2020, details it is 53%. The major addition of 3% came in September 2019 quarter and 3% in March 2020 quarter.

2.  Reliance price was Rs. 1109 in August 2019. It moved to Rs.1609 in December 2019. It made a low of Rs.875 in March and now Rs.1445. Compare this with Shareholding pattern change.

3.  Today there is a meeting and they may declare RIGHT ISSUE as per the AGENDA.
