Is Warren Buffett Ambitious or Humble when he approaches the MARKET? Know his secret.

Greetings from Hitesh! From DARWIN to MODERN MANAGEMENT theory of success, it is almost unwritten belief that if you are AMBITIOUS, FAST and FURIOUS then your fellow guys then the chances of your success in life / Investments and Profession increases multi fold. Darwin used the word SURVIVAL of the FITTEST in his theory of evolution.

What HAPPENS when you are 100% FOCUSED / DEDICATED and RUTHLESSLY AMBITIOUS towards your goal?

For you each resource – human or otherwise will be a step towards your goal. You will use them all. Your mind becomes crystal clear to look out for the only useful resources – person or otherwise. You want to use them all for your goals achievements. There is no emotional connection with the resources, or the way of doing if the expected results are achieved in shortest possible time.

Mind always thinks in terms of what next? You made Rs. 1 lakh now you are in the game for Rs.2 lakh. Tomorrow you will try for Rs. 3 lakh and Rs.30 lakhs and the game will move on.

When you achieve your first goal, your Management consultant or so called business consultant advising in the market place will ask you to raise the bar for the next year, then next year, then next year.

This is so appealing to EGO that the GUY gets into the game and then he forgets what will he do with all the tons of money he has made with his MADNESS of so many years? Now, his ambitious changes to the field of DONATION or DOING SO CALLED GOOD WORK for society. His donations and work add another cover to the EGO that he is now a GOOD MAN from the point of view of GOD and SOCIETY.

In first half of career, he spends life in accumulating money which he did not know why he wanted in the first place and in the second half or end of the career he spend the same with a belief that he is doing GOOD. Objectively both are waste because the root is AMBITION / EGO BOOSTING and EARNING A NAME AND FAME.

What is the ROOT CAUSE of AMBITION / EGO?

Inner Bankruptcy. Inner inferiority and 100% low level of SELF CONCEPTS. Since he knows he is EMPTY within, the only way to look full / successful / happy is to show outside richness. Most guys will find it difficult to agree with this bold statement but investigate self and things will be apparent. Most will have no time to do this much also.

How DARWIN EXPLAINED THIS?

We have evolved over millions of years and we have faced lot of FEAR for life / CHEATING and lot of HARDSHIPS to reach to this level where we are today. According to him this is a SELF DEFENSE MECHANISAM in each mind and all are acting in the same way.

How BUFFETT OPERATES?

Buffett is a living legend and whatever you can learn from him is almost limitless. He knows the weaknesses of the MASSES and he does the 100% reverse. He is not AMBITIOUS or not HUMBLE. He thinks for the PRESENT, LIVES in PRESENT and INVEST in PRESENT.

He follows two very simple and UNIQUE STRATEGIES when it comes to INVESTING MONEY. They are UNIQUE because very few guys can follow this, though they are full of common sense.

1.  He is okay if MARKET closes for 5 years or 15 years after his investments.

Most guys got baffled with the above, but they failed to understand that there is a secret to his saying this.

2.  He does not buy shares for future price rise. He buys shares when the price is below intrinsic value of the company. So, from the day one he is in profit. Ex. If the value is Rs.100 and he is buying at the price of Rs.50, he has already made the profit on the date of purchase. Why the hell he will think about MARKET / POLITICS and things life that? He is already in the profit!!

Most NORMAL minds follow this TECHNIQUE when they buy a FLAT. Say if the LAST transaction is done at Rs.40000 per square ft and our guy gets the deal at Rs.35000, he thinks he is making Rs.5000 profit per square ft in the deal. But the same guy be it CA / MBA or very SUCCESSFUL Businessman or Professional – when he comes to MARKET – easily forgets the above rule.

What is the solutions for this ANOMALY?

Not knowing SELF is the BIGGEST HURDLE in the above kind of MISTAKES.
