Greetings from Hitesh! Another eventful week ended with the news of Vishal Sikka resigning from Infosys from immediate effect. He took away closed to Rs.25000 Crores from Infosys Mkt cap. Mr.Murthy also lost close to Rs.1000 Crs due to yesterday’s fall. Today I am dealing with this event in my own style.

A guy asked a GURUJI, how come normal people have less and less peace of mind, tons of problems while so many SAINTS and GURUS are around in the world as of now? 

GURUJI replied beautifully, that NORMAL guy is interested in CHARAN SPARSH of GURUS (BOW DOWN) and not ACHARAN ( LIFE STYLE) of GURU. This applies to Mr.Murthy also.

Let me deal with two of the FAMOUS Indian Personalities before we deal with MURTHY.

KRISHNA :-  It is said that DHWARKA was made up of GOLD. When it was DROWNING, KRISHNA did not do anything to save it. Being a GOD, he could have saved DHWARKA, but he did not. In fact, his family was supposed to die with inner quarrel and he did not stop them. Even today there are people who are searching GOLD below DHWARKA SEA.

The point is HE DID NOT interfere in the way of EXISTENCE even being a GOD!!

OSHO :-  He made DESSERTS of OREGON in to HEAVEN in a span of just 3 years. Many American experts have said that they could not have done the same thing in 30 years what OSHO did in 3 years.  OSHO’s right hand siphoned of CRORES of DOLLARS from the TRUST account and settled in GERMANY. He was SILENT for 3 years and did not interfere with what was happening. In fact, when US govt. gave him poison, he did not utter a word. He did not show any miracles.

The point again is that OSHO did not interfere with the ways of EXISTENCE. He just co-operated with all that was happening.

Murthy:- He is legend and dream of every middle class guys to reach to the top.  He has earned a name for making India proud by creating a GOLD standard in CORPORATE GOVERNANCE and ETHICS while he was at the helm of Infosys. However, he has failed to learn from KRISHNA or OSHO.  He is not coming out from the mindset that he has RESIGNED long back and let the current management follow their style.  

His interference is causing SMALL guys losing tons of money. His cost of share is ZERO and if the share prices go down by 100% then also he is not going to lose anything, theoretically. But, what about the guys who have bought Infosys shares from the market?

He has earned a name for creating the FASTEST WEALTH for SMALL GUYS. His current actions will earn him a new name for losing FASTEST WEALTH of SMALL GUYS. He is 100% responsible for losing Rs.25000 Crs mkt cap of Infosys.

Had he not interfered and due to SIKKA’s wrong doing if Infosys share prices would have gone down, people would have blamed SIKKA and not MURTHY.

How EXISTENCE works?

I have often quoted my favorite GEETA SLOK, which says “GAHANA KARMNO GATI” – meaning ways of KARMA are unfathomable. The US supported TERRORIST in the past and now the same TERRORIST groups are making US GOVT’s night Sleepless.

What NEXT?

Let us do the ACHARAN of GREAT GUYS rather than just bowing down.
