about. (Must Read for all).
Greetings from Hitesh! Reading our last post
on our accurate call for the market from 2014 to 2017, many emails and text
messages have come appreciating our skill sets. Thanks a ton for your time in
reading dear reader my mails and taking a time to appreciate also. Many have
requested to talk about the RULES/PRINCIPLES, which I follow. I follow all the
rules, which well experienced MBA/CA follows. But there is a difference between
the first rule, which I follow and many have even not heard about it.
Naturally, they can’t follow it.
Let us see how we believe in GOD?
MBA passed guy went to a learned PUROHIT and
asked him – can you prove that there is a GOD?
Purohit looked at this young man and said just
come after a week in a new dress. This guy got puzzled but that was the
condition so he got the new dressed stitched and went to that guy after a week.
PUROHIT looked at the new dress and
said the dress proves that there is a TAILOR, am I right? The guy said yet.
Same when the WORLD is here, it means there must be some GOD to make it, am I
right? The guy said YES. Happy with the proof, the guy went to home.
The above method is the method of
INFERENCE or LOGIC. We all are 100% happy with such kind of LOGIC and FEEL
motivated to follow the same.
But there are PERSONS like
RAMKRISHNA. When VIVEKANAND asked him about GOD, without hesitation RAMKRISHNA
asked in return – do you want to SEE HIM NOW? This GURU talks about EXPERIENCE.
When you have first hand EXPERIENCE – will you waste time in LOGIC or rely on
Inferences? See this GURU, he did not ask the time for a WEEK / NEW DRESS. He
was ready to show GOD to VIVEKAND immediately. GURU himself had an experience of
GOD.
My 25 years EXPERIENCES with Individual Investors:-
I have been dealing with NORMAL guys
since last 25 years and 90% of them want to rely on inferences / logic /
references. They end up asking WHY / HOW
/ WHEN / WHERE / WHICH / WHAT / WHOM / WHO of investments and that’s it. If the
above satisfy them – then they go ahead with their investments.
Funny enough – in spite of following
the same ritual of logic – many end up making tons of money and many end up
making huge losses in the same company / during the same market movements.
They all miss the first principle.
The above questions are generated by MIND.
Market is also collective MIND. You can’t win
one mind with the other mind. You have to go beyond mind to win the mind. I
have seen HUSBAND Nature turns like WIFE and WIFE’s nature turns like HUSBAND,
as they GROW old. This happens due to the MIND GAME they play with each other
everyday.
What is the FIRST PRINCIPLE?
The first principle is your own
EXISTENCE, your own BEING. Mind is a small part of overall existence. Existence
has created mind and mind can’t create existence. Existence is nothing but your
all first hand experiences. More you have FIRST HAND EXPERIENCES – more is your
EXISTENCE. More EXISTENCE means more CONVICTION, more CONVICTION means more
COMMITMENT when you do anything new.
So, the flow goes like this – MORE
FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE – MORE EXISTENCE – MORE CONVICTION and MORE COMMITMENT.
Naturally when you combine these with the above-mentioned SECOND PART of
LOGICAL STEPS (which MBA/CA follows) – you will be more successful in a given
situations than NORMAL guys just following LOGIC only.

Everywhere the EXPERIENCE is the first principle we follow. We don’t waste time
in LOGIC or other way of inferences, if we are not ready to take the first hand
experience.
As a kid, many of you would have played
the game of SNAKE and LADDER. Many times SNAKE would have eaten you. The most
dangerous snake’s mouth was at number 99 and you would have come down to 2nd
row due to that. But can you deal with the REAL SNAKE in your HOME, if it comes
due to rainy season? What will you do? I am teaching my clients to play with
the real snakes in the MARKETS. I tell them – if you are not ready to have
FIRST HAND EXPEREINCES – your total existence / your being is DISHONEST.
When you are DISHONEST from inside –
you can’t expect honesty from other persons or system. This is the reason that
BIG GUYS / FED are taking small investors for a ride.
They give you ASSRUED RETURN SCHEMES
/ MUTUAL FUNDS / SIPs / other small saving schemes / Retirement Pensions so
that you don’t compete with them. They can do what they want to do with you and
your money. You are always on their MERCY for your RETIREMENT BENEFITS /
PENSIONS and other things.
Many Guys tell that they
TRUST the SYSTEM / They TRUST the GOVT. / they trust the GOD, etc. But the fact
is they do not TRUST anybody. That’s why there is a beautiful saying in ENGLISH
– “TRUST in GOD, BUT LOCK YOUR
CAR”.
This kind of saying is the RESULTS
of our second had experiences. It speaks about our DEEP DOWN MENTALITY /
DISHONESTY with the SELF. If you look at all the people who realized the GOD –
they were at PEACE when they were KILLED also.
When you reply on SECOND hand
EXPERIENCES – no amount of LOGIC is enough to give you MENTAL PEACE. For the first
hand experience – nothing will be able to give you MENTAL AGONY. You will
always be in MENTAL PEACE whatever is the RESUTLS ARE.
