Hitesh Parikh’s Call on Market Part – 3

Greetings from Hitesh! Hitesh Parikh’s call on Market Part 1 and Part 2 has been well accepted by the readers across the world. I thank you very much for the same. Today I am going to deal with India and Indian Market.

Let me start with Mr.Modi’s Few Steps and Modi’s Style of Working:-

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan / Relaunch of KVP / GST / Making friends with world leaders in first 6 months and inviting world leaders to India including Mr.Putin and Mr.Obama/ Improving administration. The best one - HE is accessible to one and all on various technological plate forms.   

Another noticeable aspect is his style of working. He has a team of more than 50 executives under PMO. They are assisting him to keep a watch on various portfolios. He has the highest number of portfolios under his control. This is the most important aspect of his management style and this gives me a confidence that he can really do magic for INDIA.

I am 100% sure that his Government will come out with a progressive and investor friendly budget.

In short, this is the most solid ground reality in favour of India and Indian equity market.

Easing of Inflation and Push to Liquidity:-

With the easing of inflation in 2014 – I am 100% sure that Mr.Rajan will take steps to increase the liquidity in 2015. I expect rate cut to be in phases and it can add up to 1.5% to 2% by the end of Dec.,2015.

These measures will infuse huge liquidity in the system which will help in spurring economic activities and economic growth.

What about challenges?

I am seeing challenges from various quarters. However, I remember what Javed Akhtar had said in ROTOMAC add.....

Zidagi Hai To Khwab Hain,
Khwab Hai To Manzilain Hain,

Manzilain Hai To Faasle Hain,
Faasle Hai To Raaste Hain,
Raaste Hai To Mushkilain Hain,

Kyonki Fighter Hamesha Jeet-ta Hai.

India’s destiny is being shaped up and we will have our fair share of issues from within and outside. But with the proper leadership at the centre – I am bullish on India and Indian market.
