What are the indications from Jio Platforms' listing Horoscope?

Dear Fellow Investors,

Namaste! Jio Platforms was listed on 28^th October 2026 at 10 am. Based on these details, we are trying to see the coming period for the company.

First, let us run the NUMBERS.

28^th October 2026 is 1/1/1. So, triple one. So, one thing is clear – the company will continuously innovate, disrupt the market and try to beat the competitors in their own game. The current year is number 3. Year 2027 will be 4. The combination of 1 and 4 is not good. Tons of challenges are going to be there for sure. Let us see what the horoscope says.

Indications from the horoscope:- 

Lagna: - Vruschik Lagna is rising. Mukesh Ambani is also born in Vruschik Lagna. His dream was TELECOM, and see the coincidence – the company is also born in VRUSCHIK LAGNA. Vruschik Lagna is known for INTENSITY, DEPTH and MAGNETIC presence. The company and MUKESH bhai both have these qualities. 

Lagna degree is 25, and retrograde Mercury is also sitting in the 12^th house at 25 degrees. It means the apparent super success of the IPO is not going to create benefits for the company. As per their declaration, the IPO is for paying off the DEBT. So, the fund is not going to remain with the company. If they do what they declared, all they can benefit from is the interest payment!! 

Lagna lord is sitting in the 9^th house – creating a NEECH BHANGA RAJYOGA. Lagna lord sitting in the 9^th house is a good sign, but MARS becomes debilitated in the 9^th house. This means the company is FORCED to come out with the IPO rather than as a strategy. It created an IPO record, and super success was the reason for the NEECH BHANGA RAJYOGA.

MOON is exalted and sitting in the 7^th house. This is the main reason for the super trust of the people / mad rush for the applications. The image of the company will always be larger than life. Moon being the 9^th lord aspecting LAGNA and LAGNA lord sitting in the 9^thhouse – it means the LUCK factor will always be there with the company. Will they be able to build on the same? That is the question investors need to ask before they invest. 

Moon is sitting with URANUS. It means unexpected innovation will come from the company, and they will create market disruption. It also means the partners of the company can create unexpected moves which can trouble the management of the company. The possibility of this is more likely when looking at the chart. 

SUN is debilitated in 12^th house. Since it is sitting with Venus, it is also creating a NEECHABHANGA Rajyoga. 12^th house is occupied by 3 planets – SUN / MERCURY ® and VENUS ® and is combust. What’s more – RAHU is aspecting the same from the 4^thhouse. 

This means the JIO will expand in foreign lands / create foreign partnerships / incur heavy expenses / it will constantly evaluate the partnership and constantly look inwards to develop / to innovate and to adopt the new technology. All these things mean less profitability. 

RAHU in the 4^th house means there are internal issues in the company. KETU is in the 10th house, and the 10^th lord is in the 12^th house. The chances of insiders taking support from foreign investors to take control of the company are very high. So, leadership change is expected sooner rather than later. 

12^th house is heavily loaded. It is aspecting the 6^th house. So, the company will end up taking more and more LOANS / more and more legal issues going forward. 

Jupiter in the 9^th house of luck and exalted means the company has support of GOOD LUCK. It will help the company to sail through all the issues and troubles.

Our past calls on RELIANCE and ACCURACY: - 

While writing in 2020, when Reliance sold the JIO platform stake to Google and META – the market said RELIANCE is DEBT FREE. At that time, we shared the view that DEBT is not going to go down. I just checked the RELIANCE BALANCE SHEET as on 31^st March 2026 – it has a debt of more than Rs.3 lakh crore. Debt was around Rs.1.60 lakh in 2020, if my memory is correct. It means the DEBT has doubled in the last 6 years!! 

While JIO FINANCE was listed in August 2023, we had written our views based on the listing horoscope and said we are not very positive about this company. Just see, the company has eroded shareholders’ wealth in the last 3 years. 

What is our conclusion on Jio Platforms?: -

Number-wise, it's 1/1/1. So innovation/disruption is going to be the theme. But innovation needs capital, and capital infusion means high debt going forward. Moreover, not all innovations are guaranteed to be successful. 

With internal leadership issues indicated in the horoscope, it would be prudent to see how the company navigates the challenges.
