Duryodhan was killed because of  his TEAM. We are sharing new research.

Dear Fellow Travellers,

Namaste! It is said that all our shastra’s have 7 meanings. 7 CHAKRA and 7 meanings. The reader can read them as a story also and as a spiritual secret also. It depends on which CHAKRA is active, when he is reading. Today I am sharing totally unexpected research on DURYODHAN’s defeat / death and destruction. I can say this has come to me with my Guru Kripa. The research has an immense learning in our practical life also. So, let us start.

6 Pillars of Duryodhan: -

Duryodhan had a core team of 6 people on whom he was always dependent.

1.   Dhritarashtra : - He was a blind by birth. Normally, the eldest son becomes the king as per the system of that time. Being a blind he was not given the kingdom.  So, he wanted his son to become the king. He became blind towards his sons and allowed him to do all the wrong things. The end results – Duryodhana became uncontrollable. So, his first pillar didn’t discipline.

His personal goal was to make his son king. But he didn’t discipline him.

2.   Gandhari: - She was forcefully married to a blind person. Now, she also decided she will remain blind with her husband. So, she put the cover on her eyes for a lifetime. If a mother has one kid – she can’t remain blind knowingly but Gandhari remained bling in spite of having 100 kids. Having 100 kids and not mentoring them was another fault in Duryodhana’s life.

Her personal goal was to become an ideal wife and not an ideal mother.

3.  Shakuni Mama: - He was the brother of Gandhari. He was against the marriage of his sister to a blind person. But he couldn’t fight with BHISMA. So, he came to stay with the sister and with a goal to destroy KURU VANSH. He misguided DURYODHANA to do all wrong things.

His personal goal was to destroy KURU VANSH.

4.  BHISMA: - He had taken a vow of CELIBACY and a vow of taking care of the HASTINAPUR King. For him his vow was more important than anything else. Basically, he was a righteous person and he was not a perfect fit in the crooked things Duryodhana wanted to do. Though he was fighting for HASTINAPUR – he always had a soft corner for PANDAVA.

Having a righteous person and that too having a soft corner for enemies in the team is a dangerous mistake.

5.  Guru Drona: - He was a Guru of all the kids – Kaurava and Pandava. He was given state support and he was committed to  Hastinapur. His main goal was to settle his son – Ashwatthama. He took the state support because he wanted to settle his score with King DRUPAD who insulted him when he went to ask for help. His other weakness was his son.

So, when he heard that his son was killed in the war – he left the arms and set down for meditations and this way he was killed.

His main weakness was his son and not Duyodhan’s win.

6.   Karna: - He was ambitious and wanted to become king quickly. He took the education by lying to Parshuram that he is a Brahmin. Looking at his performance – Duryodhana made him a king and he was always indebted to Duryodhana for this favour.

He had a habit of giving donations. His commitment to the donations was so high that today we remember him as a great donor of all time.

To achieve his personal glory – he donated KAVACH and KUNDAL. As long as he had them – it was not possible to kill him. Had he was not killed – Duryodhana would have remained safe.

But his personal HABITS were more important to him than DURYODHANA's goal.

Business lessons: -

See all the above guys were with DURYODHAN but all have their personal goals and motives. They gave more importance to their goals than to the goals of DRUYODHANA.

So, if your team members have their ulterior motives – rest assured you will also see defeat and destruction in your business.

Look at PANDAVA TEAM MENTOR: -

They were supported by KRISHNA. Now, KRISHNA had taken a VOW to not to fight. But when BHISMA was unstoppable by ARJUNA – he took out the WHEEL of CHARIOT and went to fight with BHISMA.

See here Krishna’s Personal Vow was not as important as to protect Arjuna. Unfortunately, Duryodhana had not got persons who focused on larger goals than personal goals.

What NEXT?

In our win or in our defeat the outside situations or opposite parties are important but the most important is the support of our team for our goal. If our team is not committed to our larger goal – we will not win for sure.
