Retail investors turn buyers in June, after being net sellers for the last 3 months. What does it mean?

 

Dear Fellow Investors,

 

Namaste! Today Business Standard carried a post with the above title. It says Retailers have invested net Rs.5607 Crs in June so far after 3 months of NET SELLING. What does it mean? Let us look at the market first.

 

What was the Nifty Movement so far? 

 

Nifty made a low of 22067 on 5^th March. It went up to 23750 and fell to 21743 on 7^thApril. Since then Nifty has moved up one side and is moving around 25300 now. 

 

If you see from March Nifty is up 3000 plus points and if you see from April low it is up by 3400 odd points. 

 

As per the above – retail investors were net sellers in the last three months. It means in MARCH / APRIL and MAY – they were NET SELLERS.

What does it mean for NORMAL investors?

If you become EMOTIONAL either you will sell your shares in PANIC or not invest more amount at this moment. In both cases you will be a loser. 

 

However when the market becomes steady – which I think will happen sooner than later – you will regain your intelligence ( MERCURY) that you should not have sold your shares in panic but invested more in PANIC. 

 

I can indicate about the coming time but I can’t give CASH and COURAGE to the fellow investors. 

 

We always tell you – ACCURACY is OUR SPECIALITY. 

 

In the last 3 months when the time for buying was there – most investors were NET SELLERS. 

 

Why did they sell? 

 

They sold because they got panicked with the MEDIA NEWS and negativity spreading YouTubers. They didn’t have their skill sets to navigate them in such a scenario. What’s more they have lakhs of money to lose in the market but they are not ready to pay fees to the deserving investment consultants.  

 

There is no FREE LUNCH. Either you pay in terms of FEES in ADVANCE or pay in terms of LOSSES during the investment process. 

 

When you pay FEES you are 100% sure what you are paying and how much is your COST. But when you pay in terms of losses – you end up paying a multi-time fees. Many times people end up losing total capital.

 

When you have paid the FEES and gone to the market – you are confident that somebody is with you to guide and take care of you and your money.

 

When you suffer losses – you end up being frustrated and many times people leave the market forever. They decide not to come back to the market for life time. They end up doing sub-standard investments like Bank FDs and SIP and Mutual funds kind of things. 

 

What NEXT for small investors?

 

Time and again we are telling you there is NO WAR. It’s the business of the top people. They are doing business. For them killing a few lakhs people is normal. In earlier times – our kings were going to JUNGLE and kill the animal for FUN. They are having FUN by killing people. Nothing new. 

 

They are throwing USD 1 lakh bomb from a USD 10 Million plane flying at a cost of USD 40000 per hour. 

 

The agenda is to destroy the country and re-build the same so that they can make money in the process of re-building. They want to capture the resources of the other countries. It’s business/ business and only business. 

 

In recent bombing USA didn’t destroy the NUKE of IRAN completely. It just pushed back IRAN a few months back as no RADIATION was reported. USA dropped 12 bombs weighing 13 tons each by 7 B2 bombers.

 

The point is to generate business for US based companies to rebuild with the REGIME change in IRAN in coming times.

Market is the ultimate GURU. Have the support of GURU (investment consultant) to fight with the MARKET or become the GURU first and then go for a fight with the market. ( to develop your skill sets – here also you will need the support of a GURU).
