J P Morgan planning to offer Loan Against Cryptos. What next for Crypto investors?

Two days back the news came that J P MORGAN is planning to offer crypto asset backed loans. We are sharing our views for the opportunities and threats for the crypto investors in the coming time. It was said in the above post – 

 

Can conversion of USD into some other Currency be the plan?

 

Say one fine day US decides to convert USD into some of their own CRYPTO Currency and force all the debtors to accept the payment in that only. They can peg the price of CRYPTO currency to premium to USD which will help them to reduce the DEBT by 1/10^th or 1/20^th. Eg. If USD is converted into BITCOIN (this is an example). Today bitcoin price is USD 10500. With this conversion – the debt of USD will come down by 10500 times i.e. just 1.9 bln usd. Once the conversion happens, I take down the BITCOIN price to say USD 5000 or below. I have taken the example of BITCOIN here. But in reality, it will be a FED COIN or something unexpected and the supply will be under control of FED unlike the fixed supply in BITCOIN.

 

With the supply coming up the price of FED COIN will go down and the US can effectively wipe out TOTAL DEBT from its book and make the claim that they are once again a healthy economy.

Top guys in the USA have been selling USD and buying CRYPTOS from 2009 onwards. They are the A grade people in the USA. They knew about the SECRET plans behind the launch of BITCOINS from day one.

Those who have bought around 2027 will lose their life’s savings. By the time USA debt will come down substantially – assuming TRUMP remains till 2028.
