World is dreaming about De-dolarization. We are sharing its effect on Gold for long term.

 

Dear Investors,

 

Namaste! Media and layman are experts now. They are talking that Dollar will not be the main currency for trade and some other currency will come. They are bullish on Gold / Cryptos and Equity like never before. Gold prices are making a new high and many investors friends are interested in knowing about the Gold prices in future. We are sharing our view. 

 

If you are my regular reader and if you have a habit of making a note on our major predictions – you will have some idea. But if you are new or if you have not made any notes – this post is useful for you. 

 

Those who are dreaming about DOLLAR losing the prime position – forgets about the USA DEBT: - 

 

The USA debt is USD 34 Trillion as of now. It’s close to 9 times of Indian economy as on today. So, if the creditors of the USA want the payment from the USA – the USA will pay in the Dollars only. 

 

If they stop accepting the DOLLARS – the USA will say – We will not make you payment. In practice, we often see our debtors when they are about to go bankrupt – they will say – we are able to give this much only. If you want – you take it or leave it. NCLT has done the same by settling the bank’s debtors in the last 10 years or so in India. 

 

As long as the USA is in DEBT – you can’t reject the Dollar. This is the main insurance the USA has got against the DOLLAR as their currency. So, dollar is not going away so fast. Stop dreaming. 

 

What was my call in March 2018?

 

On 08 March 2018 - Can you imagine World without US DOLLAR? (conspiracy against the normal guys).

 

Can conversion of USD into some other Currency be the plan?

 

Say one fine day US decide to convert USD into some of their own CRYPTO Currency and force all the debtors to accept the payment in that only. They can peg the price of CRYPTO currency to premium to USD which will help them to reduce the DEBT by 1/10^th or 1/20^th. Eg. If USD is converted into BITCOIN (this is just an example). Today bitcon price is USD 10500. With this conversion – the debt of USD will come down by 10500 times i.e. just 1.9 bln usd. Once the conversion happens, I take down the BITCOIN price to say USD 5000 or below. I have taken the example of BITCOIN here. But in reality, it will be a FED COIN or something unexpected and the supply will be under control of FED un like fixed supply in BITCOIN.

 

With the supply coming up the price of FED COIN will go down and US can effectively wipe out TOTAL DEBT from its book and make the claim that they are once again healthy economy.

Let us see what happened when they met in MAKAR RASHI to understand the effects of this combination?

Makar Rashi is the 10^th Rashi in the KAL PURUSH chart. It means KARMA / BUSINESS / Political system/politicians / public administrations, governments, all bodies that rule and set rules / the system of election as it is, the people that act at the highest level and decide upon countries and important matters, multinational companies.

When PLUTO joins the SHANI in MAKAR Rashi – all of the above AREAS will have to go through TRANSFORMATION. The Indian name of Pluto is YAM – the god of DEATH. So, whoever comes in touch with YAM – has to die. 

Now, death always creates destruction whether you like it or not. See so many country chiefs have resigned or been ousted by the people. Yesterday they killed Japan Ex-PM. War is going on and everywhere anarchy is going on. Politicians are forced to change their way of working. In the same way corporates will have to change their way of doing business.

The point is period of 33 years starting from 2020 to 2053 is a time for transformation in business/work/industry and politics. Have you seen SERVICE PMI in India move up highest in 11 years after 2011? 

The focus is shifting from REAL to VIRTUAL. Manufacturing to Services. Companies like SWIGGY and ZOMATO are earning 20%-28% by just delivering foods and groceries while the manufacturers of the food might be earning much less. The point is our focus is changing. With the SHANI coming to KUMBHA RASHI next February again – the AI and super technology-related themes will be played out. ( Can you see our accuracy? AI is the talk of the town and Nvidia is the poster boy of the TEJI in the USA). 

 

How this can affect the GOLD prices?

 

The way World Central bankers are buying gold against DOLLAR or the war like situations are making people to buy Gold as safe heaven this may lead Gold price to move up, up and up to say USD 5000 to USA 10000 an ounce or more. Many USA based analysts are predicting the above prices. 

According to me the easiest way to predict the Gold prices is to look at the inflation. Higher the inflation, higher the gold prices. Currently, we all are facing the higher inflation world over and they are waiting inflation to cool down so the Interest rates can be reduced. 

 

Now, the real game will start. The USA will RESET the DOLLAR against some other currency or Crypto and Gold prices can come down by 1/10^th or less due to the global financial reset in Dollar. So, if the gold prices are say USD 10000 per ounce – it will be adjusted to USD 1000. 

 

This is the main reason – the USA is selling the gold and others are buying GOLD!! The USA will take them for a ride in the coming 10 years for sure.  

 

How much time the above may take? 

 

Relax – this will not happen tomorrow. 

 

1.  GURU TANDAV will start ( read our GURU TANDAV post on BLOG) between 2025 to 2033. This 8 years will bring lot of changes in the World’s situations and it may happen that Gold prices keep shooting up one side. 

2.  Shani – Pluto opposite combination happening in 2029/30. This is one big possibility.

3.  Shani – Pluto 15 years combination happening around 2035. This is the last possibility.

 

Ideally, Gold prices can be RESET to 1/10^th of the price moving at that time say in 2030 / 2033 or 2035. If you want a bigger picture – it is anytime between 2029 to 2036. 

 

What should you do with your Gold investments?

 

I am not giving any target for GOLD prices. I am also not saying that GOLD WILL MOVE UP or MOVE DOWN. 

 

Purpose of this post is to make you aware about the coming time and global reset. So, you are prepared.  

 

So, if you hold your Gold or Add Gold if you like GOLD as investments – you may start selling GOLD around 2028/2029. By the time we reach 2028 – you all will have fair idea about the coming time. 

 

I have a tendency to see the bigger picture way ahead of TIME and normal people who follows the FREE MEDIA ANALYSTS or YouTuber influencers may not appreciate our calls fully. They may not digest the above or accept the above. For them - we will talk in 2030.
