What is the SHUBH MAHURAT in reality and how to apply it in Life and Investing?

Namaste! During RAKSHA BANDHAN we had sent a message that Brother and Sister relationships are ALOKIK – meaning it is not chosen. It was made by powers beyond the human mind. So, to tie the RAKHI you don’t need to wait for the MAHURAT. Whenever it is convenient for both – they can celebrate the occasion of pure love. I received many queries by regular readers and many readers did not like that I am recommending something to do without MAHURAT. 

 

Where is the need for MAHURAT coming from?

 

Deep down everybody wants success at the speed of the thought. They are in search of various ways in which they can find success instantly. When situations are not predictable, and uncertain and volatility is full – the risk becomes the highest. To reduce the risk – there is a search for RIGHT TIME to do the same. The concept of SHUBH MUHURAT comes from this kind of thought process. 

 

When a NORMAL person goes to find a SHUBH MAHURAT?

 

For all auspicious occasions like Marriage – Engagement – Tour – The start of a business or new venture and many such occasions – the help of a MAHURAT EXPERT is taken.

 

Unfortunately, when they want to abuse/criticize somebody, kill somebody, rape somebody or do anything wrong – they never go for a SHUBH MAHURAT. I have never heard any criminal saying in a court that it was the best Mahurat to kill somebody or rob somebody and he did it. 

 

In case of EMERGENCY they don’t go for any SHUBH MAHURAT. I have received tons of questions for child delivery mahurat when it was happening with Cesarean but not a single person has called me up when the emergency operations were the need of the hour. 

 

If a NORMAL reader reads the above and honestly sees his or her behavior – he will find that he or she is doing out of GREED to get good results and FEAR to avoid the negative results. Any activity done with GREED and FEAR can’t be done in the SHUBH MAHURAT.  

 

What is SHUBH MAHURAT in REALITY?

 

As long as a person wants only SUCCESS / is not ready to FAIL/want success without proper hard work or procedures – he is operating from an EGO to prove himself or herself in the eyes of Society or his/her family. 

 

All the activities are done to fulfill - I / Me and MINE type of Desires and Wants. There is no greater good but the personal benefits in terms of Money / Name and Fame is the goal. 

 

The ROOT of all the above activities is EGO and only EGO. Now, the EGO is nothing but the MIND. So, active MIND and SHUBH MAHURAT can’t go hand in hand. 

 

Shubh Mahurat according to BUDDHA is a fraction of the time between two moments. It is so small that you can’t catch it with your mind. In other words – become FREE OF MIND and do your required activities or invest it’s a SHUBH MAHURAT. When your mind is not there – you have no EGO. When you have no EGO, profit, and loss do not matter. Your focus is on doing your karma in the best possible way. 

 

Lord Krishna says the same thing differently in GITA chapter 2 slok 38.

 

सुखदु:खे समे कृत्वा लाभालाभौ जयाजयौ |
ततो युद्धाय युज्यस्व नैवं पापमवाप्स्यसि || 38||

 

Fight for the sake of duty, treating alike happiness and distress, loss and gain, victory and defeat. Fulfilling your responsibility in this way, you will never incur sin. This state of mind is SHUBH MAHURAT. 

 

So, according to BUDDHA – SHUBH MAHURAT is a time when there is NO MIND. 

 

Why he say so?

 

All things or situations are good/bad or ugly – because your MIND says so to you.  As long as MIND is there – you will have any of the above depending on your mood at that time for sure. 

 

But when the MIND is not there – there is nobody to JUDGE / CONCLUDE about GOOD – BAD or UGLY. So, whatever happens, or whatever is your results it is Good only. You will be full of GRATITUDE for whatever you have been given by the EXISTENCE. This is the RESULT of NO MIND or REAL SHUBH MAHURAT. 

 

I am sure many NORMAL Readers will find it difficult to understand or digest this simple TRUTH. 

 

How to Go to NO-MIND?

 

While talking about MANIFESTATION in the last week – we had talked about GAMA and DELTA BRAIN WAVES. When you take your mind to the above levels – you enter into the NOMIND or you are connected with the existential mind. At that moment – whatever you do becomes SHUBH and AUSPICIOUS.
