We are about to witness SCAMS – NEGATIVE ACTIONS at the World Levels. Are you ready?

Dear Fellow Investors,

Namaste! In the last blog, we had seen the difference between result oriented and the consequence oriented investors yesterday. Normal people call SCAM is the RESULT of some sinister plan by the involved parties and the AFTER EFFECTS as the CONSEQUENCES. We have a more logical and practical views. Read this and get ready.

What is SCAM according to us?

We have a long history of scams in India – we have HARSHAD MEHTA SCAM / KETAN PARIKH SCAM / NIRAV MODI SCAM / Lalit Modi Scam and tons of other scams.

Let me share my perspective – these were not the scam when they started. They took advantage of some of the loop holes of the system to start with. Very few people were involved at that time. The things were going smooth and all the involved parties were making tons of money – illegally.

But when the game became very big – the big guys got attracted to the game and they took the biggest advantage and made the main person as the SCAPE GOAT. Not only that they managed the events in such a way that the so-called main person became the ONLY villain in the game. Tons of top people were involved but the things were managed on the one person only.

According to me this management is the SCAM. Nobody talks about the same and nothing is available on them in MEDIA also.

Look at the BANKS BALANCE-SHEET management in the last 7 years or so: -

Tons of corporates took the bank loans and did not pay with the help of the law. Their loans were sold at 10-20% of the original loans or lesser amount. The asset reconstruction companies and other such companies bought this loans and they would have made tons of money even by covering 40% of the amount by selling the assets. The promoters are moving FREE.

We have funny laws in India – the promoters should be made to pay the each and every rupee of the loans pending with the interest or severe punishment should be given. In the USA they give 100-150 years punishments. But in India – they are moving FREE or settle down abroad – legally or illegally.

Since the banks have written down the LOANS as losses – they are appearing as STRONG BANKS NOW!! As per the report BANKS have written down Rs.10 trillion worth of loans in the last 7 years.

Though this may be correct as per accounting principles or economics or law of the land but the reality is that that the small depositors lost their money kept in the banks.

 What kind of NEW SCAMS may come?

1.   Wagner has gone against the PUTIN and he may get the USA support. He may be asked by PUTIN only to go against him so that the PUTIN can know the hidden enemies in the RUSSIA against him.

2.   All parties have come together in PATNA to go against MODI JI. They will hatch some or the other plans to meet their GOALS.

3.   The USA market is moving up with the support of AI and CHIP companies only. We know what happed in 1999 in K-10 stocks. We also know what happened in 2008 in the USA. Something related to that may come. Some SCAM may come in that segments in the coming time for sure.

4.   Pakistan and CHINA may create some mischief on the INDIAN BORDER and the opposition parties may get reasons to blame MODI JI in the upcoming parliament elections.

5.   Modi ji wants COMMON CIVIL CODE and that is the biggest problem with the other parties. They will create some or the other national issues to stop him doing that.

6.   If STARLINK is given the BACK DOOR entry to the Indian Market without AUCTION process and if Reliance JIO / AIRTEL are not able to compete profitably with STARLINK - they may suffer and in turns banks will suffer big time losses, as they will not be able to pay the loans.

How to go beyond the truth when the things break out?

I don’t know which will come out first. I am sure something will come out for sure. There can be something 100% different than my imagination of the above events.

If you want to take advantage of the situations – just see the market at that time. If the market is going down – find out who are buying at that levels. They are the real SCAMSTERS who are looting the small investors by creating the PANIC.

You also go ahead and add your chosen stocks at that time.

What is our DIWALI 2022 PREDICATION for the normal investors?

We had categorically predicted that NORMAL people will get carried away by the MEDIA and they will run away from the market. In FEBRUARY – HINDENBERG created a panic in ADANI stocks and the USA hedge funds made tons of money by going against the market mood at that time.

Research should be done if the HINDERBERG and the HEDGE FUND who had bought the share has any connections or not. I think SEC is doing the same in the USA.

You need to think beyond obvious – if you want to make tons of money.

1.   Spend 10000 hours with reading books on investments and other management books and practice the same in the market.

2.   Get one MENTOR who has crossed his 10000 hours and he has a super track record.
