Your body can teach you Investment Success if you are ready to learn

Namaste! Today is a special day for us. Two of the BOLD predictions have come true. We talked about 12400 Nifty in May when nobody had the vision and guts to think like us. Today it made 12000. Our Body: -

I am not a Doctor or Body specialist. So, don’t expect me to go 100% right medically. Just focus on learning the mastery of Investments.

Every normal body has 2 eyes / 1 nose / 1 mouth / 30-32 teeth / 1 tongue / 1 heart / 2 lungs / 2 hands / 2 legs / 2 kidneys / 270 odd bone pieces / 20 fingers. If you go to YOGI – he will add 72000 NADIS. This is a normal structure. It is controlled by 1 brain. In Indian parlance – it is known as a MIND. You can control all the above parts of the body with MIND. You can take the best work or the worst work with the MIND with these parts of the body.

In India we have gone deeper into MIND and we have divided the same into 4 parts – Mind / EGO / Chita and Buddhi.

All your health issues / your responses to any emergency / your responses to your dreams / your goals and anything and everything about your life is controlled by your mind and its 4 parts.

Say somebody is having a COVID. Now, more than COVID, how he perceives the COVID will decide his recovery success. Perceiving is the major function of the mind.

How this is related to Market Success?

Like 72000 Nadis in Body – there are N number of market participants and all have objectives of their personal profit or growth.

They all will be affected by the other parts – EYES – EAR – MOUTH – NOSE and SKIN. You can see them as MEDIA / Vested Interest people in the market / Political Leaders / Corporates Heads / Fund Houses. These 5 are the SENSES of the MARKET. They will try to divert your mind to their side of the story.

If your mind gets controlled by your senses – you will go for a toss in investments and life.

Your Mind should have the FREE WILL to go beyond all the obvious details shared with you and act in your best interest all the time.

I remember the famous advice of Abbott to Bruce Lee in the movie ENTER THE DRAGON - The enemy has only images and illusions behind which he hides his true motives. Destroy the image and you will break the enemy.

Unless the mind is that developed to go beyond the obvious details shared with you – you will not go very far in your investment success.

How to develop or use FREE WILL for Investment Success?

As long as your MIND is affected by GREED and FEAR – it can’t have a FREE WILL. FREE WILL can only come when you see yourself as a CHARACTER in the Movie. Have you seen a seasoned actor will IMPROVISE his role or dialogues given by his director? He knows that he has his role cut out / his dialogues also cut out – all he is left is his own acting skills. The best way he can do justice to this role by being the CHARACTER himself.

When he sees himself as a CHARACTER – he sees the others also as characters. Say a hero kills a villain he knows that a character of a hero and the hero himself are two separate personalities.

Say Amitabh is playing the character of a VIJAY – and he kills a villain in the movie. Now Amitabh knows that he and Vijay are two separate persons. As a Vijay, he may have EGO, GREED, ANGER, JEALOUSY, and FEAR in the movie but it will not affect Amitabh personally. It will also not add to the KARMA of Amitabh. 

That’s why in GITA Lord Krishna has said in 38^th Slok of Chapter 2 –

sukha dukhe same’ kritva labha labhou jaya jayou

tatho yuddhaya yujyasva naivam papam avapsyasi

Having an equal mind in happiness-sorrow; gain-loss; victory-defeat; engage in battle and thereby you will not incur sin.

In my last 10 years of research of GITA – I have found that unless I become the CHARACTER – I can’t go beyond my GREED and FEAR.

How to apply this to stocks?

See your profit and loss as separate from the business performance of the company. As long as business performance is good – prices will move up sooner than later. Unless you develop this skill to separate in your mind  – your success in the share market will be temporary and you will not be able to sustain your wealth if at all you make it due to your luck.

What NOW?

Have you seen a KID when he starts speaking in his starting days and hungry – he will point his finger to his stomach and tell his mother that this is HUNGRY. The same kid will later say – I am HUNGRY. He was able to separate himself and his stomach as a very small kid but he lost his knowledge when he grew up.

We all have to regain that knowledge to see our BODY and MIND separately for our success.

See yourself as a CHARACTER in whatever you are doing. Someday you will have glimpses of the REAL or HIDDEN SELF beneath your CHARACTER. The day you become able to see your CHARACTER and YOUR REAL SELF as SEPARATE – you will be CHILD LIKE and the most successful in your chosen area.
